Compensatory intervention exercise program for volleyball players
VANDASOVÁ, Tereza
The topic of this bachelor thesis is a compensatory intervention exercise program for volleyball players. The final work is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical work describes the game of volleyball, anatomy of the knee joint and women in sports. This theory is used in the practical part. The players of the volleyball team SK Hlincovka aged 17-18 were selected for the research. Based on my own experience, I know what game activities cause knee injuries. The most common reason for injury is poor or completely missed stretching before and relaxation after training or a match. The aim of the work was to create a compensatory intervention movement program focused on overloading the knee joints in volleyball toys using yoga exercises. Respondents received a compensatory intervention exercise plan and five questions to answer. The first question concerned daily exercise in the current epidemic situation. Only 41.18% of respondents answered that they exercise regularly every day. The second question focused on the most and least popular exercise of the compensatory intervention exercise plan. Most players, i.e. 29.41%, agreed that they like exercise number 5 the most. On the other hand, more than half of the respondents, i.e. 52.94%, do not like exercise number 9. For the third question, concerning the disappearance of knee pain during a volleyball break, the players had a choice of three answers, with 50% of respondents choosing the answer " B "and replied that the pain had disappeared and they only felt it exceptionally. For the fourth question, concerning the observed changes in the knee joint, they again had a choice of three possible answers. Most respondents, i.e. 64.71%, chose the answer "B". Over time, their flexibility has improved, but they still have problems with certain exercises. In the fifth question, they answered whether they missed the team and how they train without teammates and without a trainer. This time they had a choice of four answers. Most respondents, i.e. 41.18%, chose the answer "D". They miss their teammates and would rather train according to the trainer.
Actual methodology of education in subject Health Education at pri-mary schools in Benešov
KAHOUNOVÁ, Jana
The bachalor thesis is dealt by the current methods of teaching health education at primary schools in Benešov. The theoretical is focused on teaching methods, their classification and modern didactic approaches including practical examples. The practical part was based on a semi-structured interviews with four teachers of health education. The objective of the thesis is to map used methods and forms of work in the given subject and confirm or confute both research assumptions. The research assumption number 1 is based on the most famous method clasification according to Maňák, Švec and assumes that all interviewed teachers will prefer classic methods and activating methods more often than complex methods for the subject of health education. The research assumption number 2 assumes that for the subject of health education won´t be more used the textbooks recommended by the Ministry of Education by the teachers than the materials of own making and other professional sources. Both research assumptions have been confirmed.

Current situation: A healthy lifestyle at children and education about it are currently very important. Failure to do so often leads to various health problems. In the theoretical part, we focus on the division of school age, the concept of health literacy and health determinants. We also deal with the role of a nurse at a general practitioner for children and adolescents and education in the field of a HL. Objectives: 1. To find out the knowledge of school children about a HL. 2. To map the active participation of school-age children in a HL. 3. To map the share of nurses in GPChA in the education of a HL in school-age children. Methodology: Within the research part, a quantitative research survey was performed using non-standardized questionnaires and a qualitative research method was used semi-structured in-depth interviews. The questionnaires were designed for 2 groups of school-age children (younger and older), where 23 research questions were used. Interviews were conducted with nurses at the GPChA, who answered 21 questions. The research was done with children aged from 8 to 15 and nurses at GPChA in the Vysočina region. Research group: It consisted of 120 children (from 8 to 15 years) and 8 nurses in GPChA offices. Results: Research has shown that children's knowledge of a HL does not differ with age. The active participation of children in a HL differs between girls and boys. It showed that nurses at the GPChA participate very in children's raising to the HL. Thanks to frequent interviews of nurses with children and their parents, this situation can improve. Recommendations for practice: The results of the survey can be used for nurses working in the paediatrics ward, in GPChA offices, for children and their parents or pedagogical staff.
