Abstract The subject of this thesis is the process of building technical part of the project documentation for the realization of a new family house in Třinec, Oldřichovice, parcel number. 3330/2. The building is located in the village of Třinec, in sparsely built-up area and will be surrounded by buildings from the north and east sides. Along the southern and western parts of the property there is a local road (N.P. 3340/5) which is 6 meters wide. On the north side is undeveloped parcel (N.P. 3344/4) and parcel (N.P. 161). In the northeast, there is a built family house with land (N.P. 65/1). The construction is formed by one building and it will not be splitted into other objects. The house has symmetrical L-shaped floor plan and it has got a partial basement. Vertical load-bearing masonry is made of Calcium silicate molded bricks Silka S12-1800 10 DF, (thickness 300 mm), basement walls are made of the same material as the aboveground storay. Partition walls are made of calcium silicite moped bricks Silka S20-2000 5 DF. The ceiling is made as monolithic-prefabricated, mounted ceiling Porotherm with ceiling beams and bars. The roof holding is supported by truss structure with wood and steel components. The building will be based on the foundation strips, simple foundation ratios. The parcel is situated in hilly terrain, vertical rise of the terrain is 6 meters. Roofing is made by a hipped roof with a slope of 35 °. Groundwater is located 8.9 m below the existing ground. The main concern of this thesis work is the four-storey apartment building. The house will consist of two residential units to which they belong cellar and garage facility and real estate agents. The building will have three above ground and one underground floor.
Sports center

The project deals with structure design of a new – built sports centre with the capacity up to 120 persons. It is situated in the sports grounds of Zákamenné in a flat terrain lot with area of 21 811 m2. The building wasn´t designed for disabled people, it is designed with partial basement, it has got two floors with irregular shape and the floor area of 752,44 m2. On the first floor the building is split into two sections - northern, which is the sports part and southern. which is the facilities part (café, entrance to flat,...). On the second floor there is a caretaker´s flat in the southern part, northern part serves mainly for administration purposes. The northern part also offers access to a non-public terrace. Basement is situated under southern part and serves technical facilities of the buildiung. The support structure system consists of concrete strips foundations, supporting wall system built with Ytong aerated concrete blocks, the ceiling system is made of reinforced concrete floor, which also supports construction of a warm flat roof.

The theme of this work is building solutions for residential new construction house in Vrchlabi. The family house is also designed medical office. The family house is located one floor and attic. Ground object consists of two rectangles, which divides the layout and operation of housing and employment, including part of the surgery. Roofing made a pitched roof and flat roof over part of the vegetation plan. The house is equipped with a slightly sloping plot in a quiet family houses. All habitable rooms are naturally ventilated and illuminated. The supporting structure consists of a system Liapor. The cladding is insulated contact insulation. The facade is simply divided in accordance with the large glass window openings.

The topic of the bachelor´s thesis focuses on the solution of the house in the city of Nitra. The house has a partial basement with two floors and comprises living spaces. The building contains also the arrivals level, downhill ramp, parking area in front of the garage, patio, outdoor stairs and garage located in the basement of a residential building. Floor plan of the house has a varied shape due to the use of diverse materials with two pent and one flat walkable roof. The house will be located on steep terrain. Entrance to the house is situated to the northeast. During the construction of the object system was used Meccato, Ytong.

The aim of my bachelor's thesis is processing a document of project for health center located in Jablunkov. This centre is designed for examination and ambulant care for patient. The center is standalone building which is situated in flat terrain. Object is non cellar and has two above ground floors. On the first floor there is the doctor´s room, nurses 'room, isolated room, waiting room, daily room for personal, technic room and sanitary facilities for public and personnel. On the second floor there is an ophthalmic ambulance room, dark room, an office, the shop of the healthy necessary with store, kitchen with the tearoom for staff, technical room and second sanitary facilities for the public and staff. The main entrance for patients with the entire first floor is designed without barriers.
Geodetic survey and preparation of simplified documentation of the actual condition of the rectory building

The bachelor thesis deals with the focus of the rectory building and the surrounding area and the creation of simplified documentation. In the first part named Overview of the current state of the issues addressed the legislative framework is presented. It describes what the simplified documentation should contain and introduces binding standards to be followed. Part of the assignment was to participate in the measurement of the building. That is what the second part is about. Methods of measurement and scope of work are described. This is followed by a description of how measured quantities are calculated and converted into binding reference systems. The third part describes the production of defined outputs and their description. The process of creation is indicated and the programs used are mentioned.

Surveying of family house in Brno Žabovřesky locality

This diploma thesis is about measuring of family house, creating drawings and visualization of results. The family house is located in the Brno-Žabovřesky The house was surveyed by the classical geodetic method using a survey net built using GNSS (Global Navigation Satellite System). The results of field measurements were processed in the Groma program, graphic outputs (footprints of individual floors, sections and 3D model) in the MicroStation application. The documentation can be used mainly for the planned reconstruction of the family house and other related purposes.

The theme of this bachelor thesis is a study of a new building of a village house in medieval style including interior design. The work is divided into three parts.The first part is a literature search, which is focused on medieval buildings intended for housing and comparison with today's buildings. The second part presents a proposal for a new layout corresponding to today's requirements and a selection of structures and materials that are available on the market and resemble those of the Middle Ages.And the final third part will deal with the processing of the floor plans and views of the house and the creation of the interior visualization.
