Public Opinion on Health Care System

In December 2015 Public Opinion Research Centre included a block of questions related to health care system in its regular survey. Citizens were asked about their overall satisfaction with health care system in the Czech Republic as well as their views on the various problematic areas of healthcare, such as the financing of public health, management of drugs and functioning of insurance companies.

Construction of financial plan for selected company

This bachelor thesis deals with creating long-term financial plan for the selected company for the period of five years. Financial plan sets out a financial strategy and tactics of the enterprise, formulates specific goals and predicts future financial results and determines the way that the company should follow to achieve it. The theoretical part deals with analysis and developing a long-term financial plan. In the practical part appear the financial analysis of the selected enterprise and a draft of a long-term financial plan for the year 2014-2019 that takes into account projected changes in the business and changes in the external business environment. The financial plan is set in accordance with the aim of the company. The conclusion evaluates the financial plan and the recommendations of possible changes in the company.

Breakdown of the financial situation in the company and suggestion of the financial strategy

The aim of the work is to make an analysis of the financial situation in the company "K" in the term of 2004 to 2014, to appraise influences of the environment, that have an impact on the company and on the base of the gotten results to suggest a financial strategy. The work is composed of two parts: theoretical part and practical part.In the theoretical part, there are described methods of the financial and non-financial analysis which are used in the frame of suggestion of a financial strategy. Practical part contains informations of the analyzed company, real analysis of the financial indicators and non-financial factors and the real strategy formation. Strategy goals in the financial field are suggested in order to improve a situation in critical points, that over a long period are in difficulties.

Implication of financial crisis in financial strategy of the Czech Airlines company

This thesis is at the beginning dealing with issues of formation and dissemination of the financial crisis and its impacts in 2007-2009. It briefly states the overall development of this crisis and its spread throughout the world. More specifically, it describes its impact on air transport industry in Europe and in Czech republic, analyzes the overall progress and developments in the time of crisis in air transport and its impact on European airports and airlines. Its main focus is specifically the Czech national carrier Czech Airlines. The main part of this thesis deals with brief description of the CSA company, its overall development and the state before the crisis. In detail then, it monitors the implications of this financial crisis in the strategic decisions of the company in 2008-2010, states and analyzes all the undertaken measures and specifies the financial strategy of the company itself, influenced by the consequences of the global financial crisis and deep recession in the aviation sector. At the end of this thesis it is an overall evaluation of these strategies and measures, it is analysed and predicted the future development of Czech Airlines company in subsequent years.

Financial Planning in the Channel Crossings Company

This thesis deals with financial planning. On one hand with its theoretical handling, on the other hand with its particular application on a specific business, the Channel Crossings company. The main objective of the paper is to assess the process of the financial planning in this particular company and at the same time to identify, how this company uses the approaches known from the theory of financial management in practise. The information included in this thesis should be exploitable for the assessment of theoretical approaches to the financial planning, as well as for the management of the company in question how to re-evaluate and optimize the current financial planning process.
