The arteterapy of people with mental illnes. The casuistry of client

The aim of this thesis is to present in the general part of the thesis in the context of other mental disorders of schizophrenia and schizoaffective disorder and related problems of dual diagnosis. The arteteraphy section will present the artistic expression of people with the above-mentioned mental disorders. The possibilities of artetherapeutic approach to these target groups will be described, based in particular on Eva Syřišťová's texts. Conclusion of the theoretical part is devoted to the demands of the personality of a therapist working with people with mental disorder. In the practical part are presented two case reports of clients, where different arteterapeutical approaches were applied and their own therapeutic practice was reflected.

ABCTRACT BACKGROUND: Currently, the diagnosis of ADHD is highly debated. Symptoms pass from childhood to adulthood. It turns out that people who according to the questionnaire YFAS meet the diagnostic criteria for dependence on food, show more comorbidity of other disorders such as binge eating, depressive, or ADHD. OBJECTIVE: The research problem and the aim of the diploma thesis is to find out what effect the regular diet regimen has on the diagnosis of food dependence in clients who are being treated in residential treatment in the treatment community of NL dependence. Assess whether a food addiction is more likely to suffer from ADHD symptoms and symptoms of psychopathology according to the SCL - 90 questionnaire. METHODS: The thesis is based on data from the GAČR ADHD project. The research was conducted in 5 therapeutic communities in the Czech Republic. The YFAS, DIVA and SCL- 90 questionnaires were used for the research. Test cells were collected in 4 waves of data collection, but only the first and second wave of data collection are used in this work because we are interested in data about clients on arrival and during the stay. Psychiatric comorbidity of methamphetamine users

The aim of this diploma thesis is to describe cooperation with clients / users of methamphetamine with a severe psychiatric disorder from the schizophrenic spectrum using case management methods. The theoretical part summarizes current knowledge of the negative consequences of using methamphetamine, focussing on serious psychiatric comorbidity from the schizophrenic spectrum. It includes research of current studies (both Czech and foreign), information on specific comorbid diagnoses and a description of the case management method, including its specific application within the SANANIM addictology ambulance. The practical part contains three case studies structured into six sections: (1) Initiation of the program entry, (2) The first contact and setting, (3) Entrance evaluation and indication, (4) Establishing a relationship and developing cooperation, (5) Cooperation with other experts and stakeholders (6) The results of cooperation focussed on changes in relation to: comorbid illness, severity and frequency of use of a primary drug and other addictive substances, social situation and relational healing.
