3D Modeling in Photomodeler Scanner Environment

Purpose of this thesis is to create a 3D model of the bridge between buildings of Faculty of Civil Enineering on the street Rybkova. The 3D model was created by method close range photogrammetry. Ground control points were determined intersection and the coordinates were calculated. Photos of building were taken by camera Nikon COOLPIX 810. For processing of the photos were use a program PhotoModeler Scanner.

This dissertation entitled "Project and surveying of the network for planimetry and height points of the detailed minor horizontal control in a chosen area" aims to build a detailed minor horizontal control in a target area, located in the cadastral area Jenín and Horní Kaliště, that would serve as a basis for future detailed measurements. Prior to the field measurements I assembled existing materials and carried out a reconnaissance. After finding the density of current minor control, the detailed minor horizontal control was completed with 14 points. 7 of them make the subject of this dissertation. Surveying work was carried out using geodetic and GPS methods. As a geodetic method I used the method of plane network, from GPS methods I chose the GPS fast static method. Next I created necessary graphic attachments. Finally, I used all the gained data to conduct the evaluation and comparison of the particular activities and technologies.

A review of Hazard Analysis and Critical Control points system in a company Madeta a.s.

The main aim of the diploma work is HACCP system application during manufacture and distribution process i a dairy operation, considering possibilities of HACCP integration and other used quality controls in the company. In the first part there is described a manufacture place and individual quality control items discussion. HACCP n.1 for milk takings and milk manufacture opening was observed and then folowing HACCP n.3 discussed with workers responsible for quality and manufacture operation I paid attention to working up danger review for control and critical points determination.
