The diploma thesis deals with the area of reporting in the company quick-mix k.s. In the introduction of the theoretical part I introduce the term and the meaning of reporting. Next I describe the current way of carrying out reports in this company. The aim of the thesis is to evaluate information resulting from the current way of presenting reports for the company management. The next aim is to make effective use of information relating to the proposed changes.

The aim of this thesis is to evaluate management control system in a company and pro-pose measures for better use of management control system as a subsystem of manage-ment of the company supporting the achievement of business objectives of the owners in the changing market environment. Thesis consists three main parts. The first theoretical part contains information about management control system. Analysis of the current state of management control system describes state of the management control system in a company and in the last section are suggestions for possible improvements of man-agement control system.

The aim of this diploma thesis is to analyze the financial plan of the engineering company PBS INDUSTRY, a.s. specifically in the segment of power engineering, which mainly deals with the custom production of equipment for major suppliers of energy and heating units, and to identify potential problems. Based on the identified problems, measures will be proposed to reduce costs, eventually to increase in sales. The financial plan will be made for the second quarter of 2022, it will be based on the plan drawn up by the company, while the proposed plan will reflect proposals for measures to improve the economic situation of the company.

The master´s thesis is focused on application of Management Control System in company especially on planning and analysis of deviations. In theoretical part of the thesis will be described basic charakteristic and terms and will be used continualy in the analytical part. In this part Honeywell s.r.o. will be described and analyzed its current situation and methods for planning costs. Then will be analyzed and interpreted deviations based on actual data in MS Excel. In the proposal part will be propose actions to improve the current situation in the form of implemetation new program MS Power BI or Tableau into controlling team.

The master´s thesis is focused on application of Management Control System in a company especially on operative planning and devations analysis. The first part of the master´s thesis is theoretical with basic terms and used continualy in the analytical part. In analytical part the company ABC s.r.o. will be described and analyzed its currently used planning method for 2018. Then will be used deviation analysis. In the proposal part i will try to propose corrective actions, to improve the current situation in the form of a plan using the cover margin contribution.

Analysis of managerial accounting in manufacturing company

Managerial accounting is subject of total set of information. Specification of this kind of accounting it that it appears only for internal users and its privacy. Managerial accounting is not regulated by the state, but it is closely connected to financial accounting, which is state-controlled. Main task of managerial accounting is to provide the necessary information for decision made by business manager. It shows them actual situation of many questions inside the company and helps them react to possible negative progress. Managerial accounting presents a series of tasks that are interconnected to each other. That means that it works like identification of actual events and helps managers to control the process of company working. Among the most important and known tools of managerial accounting belongs calculation, which shows used costs to every single product and determine the minimum price of mentioned product. Another important part of managerial accounting is budgeting, which helps managers calculate possible future values and goals and makes detailed plan of future amonds. Third part is called cost accounting and it helps to provide actual used costs in company. Last part of managerial accounting is variance analysis. It is necessary to make because it presents exploring of difference between planed values and actually provided.

Application of Management Control System for Comparison of Planned and Actual Performance of the Company and for Future Planning

The master's thesis deals with application of Management Control System methods, described in theoretical part of the thesis. In analytical part, those methods are used for comparison of planned performance of individual trucks in the transport company with real performance of those trucks in year 2017. Detected deviations from the plan are further analysed, in order to identify their sources and to formulate corrective measures to eliminate them. This knowledge is put to use in the proposal part, in order to create plan for year 2018, which takes into account established facts and corrective measures from previous year. Finally, part of the plan for year 2018 is compared with real data collected by the company in that period, in order to assess the plan’s accuracy, identify deviations from the plan and their sources.
