Environmental solutions of building guesthouse in Velká Bíteš
Bachmayer, Milan ; Uher, Pavel (referee) ; Rubina, Aleš (advisor)
The main aim of the Master project is a design of the guesthouse with wellness, which has nearly zero-energy consumption and is located in Velká Bíteš. For design is used ARCHICAD, for numeric is used DEKSOFT. This Master project consists of three parts. The first part focuses on the design of the guesthouse, the second part concentrates on a technical design and the third part focuses on the draft of different energy sources, its comparison and evaluation. Guesthouse is a three-story building with walkable flat roof. Wellness, cold rooms and massages are located in the basement. Other places of floor consist of sanitary facilities, technical rooms and common rooms. There are also guest rooms on the other floors and a conference hall on the third room. This final draft has much more positive outcomes than other alternatives; with respect to primary energy and impact on the environment. However, the final draft has higher purchase costs and its financial and operational economy is extremely dependent on the prices of electric power.
Energy-efficient elementary art school building
Šplíchalová, Kateřina ; Uher, Pavel (referee) ; Rubinová, Olga (advisor)
The aim of this Master's thesis is to design an energy-efficent primary art school in Dolní Bučice. The thesis is divided into three parts. In the first part, an architectural and construction design of the building is carried out. The building has two above-ground floors. The structure features a flat roof with photovoltaic panels. The ground floor includes a teacher's office, classrooms, a changing room, a technical room, a concert hall, and related facilities for performers. The second floor includes, teacher's offices, classrooms, and a small kitchen. The load-bearing envelope walls are design from aerated concrete blocks, while the internal load-bearing walls are made of acoustic limestone sand blocks. The floor and roof structures are reinforced concrete monolithic or made of prefabrica-ted ceiling elements. In the second part, the concept of HVAC systems is proposed. Water supply, heating and cooling are provided by a four ground-source heat pumps. The building is mechanically ventilated by three air-handling units located in the technical room situated on the first floor. The building is connected to the existing water supply system and sewage. Electricity is generated by photovoltaic panels or drawn from the power grid. The third part focuses on the functionality and analysis of photovoltaic panels related on an existing building. The work is based on data from the Malina mobile application. The research compares actual data with supplier data and focuses on the return on investment.
Air conditioning of swimming pool
Bachmayer, Milan ; Andrys, Petr (referee) ; Rubina, Aleš (advisor)
The objective of this bachelor thesis is a concept of device handling swimming pool hall in Brno. The device is designed to meet internal microclimate requirements. Task of air condition device is venting, heat adjusting and moisturizing. Theoretical part of the thesis is devoted to air conditioning units, their division, structure and desccription of basic selected components.
Montane Recreation complex, Wellness & Spa
Najman, Jakub ; Herman, Adolf (referee) ; Bantová, Sylva (advisor)
The topic of this thesis is project and documentation for montane recreative komplex, which is situated in Loučná nad Desnou. The object is located in land-registered area Kouty nad Desnou. In this region is famous ski slope and from the hotel is nice view on this ski slope. The montane hotel respects criteria of protected landscape area Jeseníky. Architectonic plan is designed with respect to mountain scenery. In the hotel are 18 rooms with possibility 9 extra beds for 51 guests. There is a option to visit restaurant all-day. This restaurant is part of the hotel. Recreative zone is situated in north part of the hotel and this zone is devided into two parts. First part, is public and serves for all guests. This zone includes pool with whirpool bath, sauna and steam bath. Second zone is private. This zone provides privacy in massage rooms or in rooms for aromatic bath. The object is devided into four floors. Three floors are overground and one floor is underground. In the second and thirds floors are hotels rooms and rooms for clean-up and employees. First overground floor containes restauration with kitchen, coffee-bar, main hall with reception and all recreation zone, which passes to the second floor. Basement is consists of air handling units, technical rooms and housed mass garages with 21 places. Main entrance to the hotel is from south-eastern side and it is open space which passes to gallery. Type of constructional system is reinforcement framework. It is made of monolithic pillars placed on reinforcement column base with beam PEIKKO DELTABEAM. On this beam are located reinforcement ceilings elements SPIROLL. Fulfil brickwork is SILKA covered by combination of heating EPS with MW, ISOVER TWINNER with 200 millimetre thikness. Roof is combination of double cover flatbed roofs and single cover flatbed roofs. In the second floor is roof with posibility to walk to a terrace. Project was process in program ArchiCAD like BIM. In process of making was important to
Air handling units
Cakl, Dominik ; Blasinski, Petr (referee) ; Rubina, Aleš (advisor)
The diploma thesis deals with the analysis of problems of unevenly stratified air flow in air handling units and subsequent optimization with respect to speed ratios, energy efficiency and legislative requirements. Methods of solving the problem are theoretical and experimental, while the theoretical part deals with air distribution by means of air-conditioning fans with a focus on their aerodynamics, pressure conditions and other requirements, which are an integral part of properly designed equipment. In the experimental part of the thesis was applied a proposal of an innovative technical approach to a specific model of air conditioning assembly, which was implemented in the laboratories of the Institute of Building Services.
Airconditioning of swimming pool in a family house
Čaniga, Patrik ; Blasinski, Petr (referee) ; Rubina, Aleš (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with the design of HVAC equipment for a family house with an indoor pool. The indoor pool will be air-conditioned, other parts of the building will be ventilated mostly with hot air system and partly naturally. The theoretical part is focused on internal microclimate of buildings, psychrometry of humid air and problematic of air handling pool units. Project and calculation parts are designed at the realization project level.
Indoor sports ground ventilation
Minárik, Martin ; Rubinová, Olga (referee) ; Uher, Pavel (advisor)
The bachelor thesis aims to design an air conditioning system in the indoor sports field. The theoretical part of the work focuses on the principle and distribution of air in the room. The work describes several types of distribution protozoa. The result of the calculation part is the design of optimal air conditioning systems, which will ensure thermal comfort in the building for the visitors of the facility throughout the year.
