Security Counsil and the task forces in crisis- management system
Vrba, Vojtěch ; Fiala, Miloš (advisor) ; Vilášek, Josef (referee)
The aim was to map the area of crisis management, to determine what is the current situation in the Czech Republic and confront the past. It was assumed that the current crisis management system developed on a sufficient level. This was confirmed by a comparison with the situation fifteen years ago is incredible difference for the better. This progress in a positive direction is influenced not only his own experience in the Czech Republic with crisis situations, but also a common strategy for critical infrastructure within the European Union. The future will play a key role in cooperation with the European Union, to critical infrastructure could function as a whole. Powered by TCPDF (www.tcpdf.org)
States on algebras
Štěpánová, Martina
States on algebras Abstract: States are defined as special cases of a mapping into a set of real numbers. In the thesis, we intro- duce states on ordered Abelian groups, many valued algebras (MV-algebras), generalized many valued algebras (GMV-algebras) and commutative dually residuated lattice ordered monoids (commutative DRl-monoids). We describe some properties of above-mentioned algebras and present a connection among them. For example, GMV-algebras (an algebraic counterpart of the non-commutative infinite valued propositional logic) are a non-commutative generalization of MV-algebras (an algebraic analogy of the Łukasiewicz infinite valued propositional logic) and we can obtain MV-algebras as special cases of DRl-monoids. Existence theorems for states, con- ditions for the uniqueness of states and formulas for the ranges of values of states are introduced here.
Zhodnocení současného stavu a péče o vybraná zvláště chráněná území okresů Uherské Hradiště a Hodonín
Svoboda, Michael
This thesis evaluates 14 small protected areas in the districts of Uherské Hradiště and Hodonín. Each area was evaluated using the Methodology of Condition and management Assessment in Small Protected Areas (Svátek & Buček). The state of the selected areas and the managment of them is assessed in detail. In the final assessment, the condition of 5 localities has been rated as good, 7 as average and 1 territory has been found to be in poor condition and 1 territory has be in very poor condition. The management of 3 territories is good, 9 territories the management has been rated as average and 2 has be rated as insufficient.
The Pushdown Automaton Simulator
Graizely, Martin ; Blatný, Petr (referee) ; Bidlo, Radek (advisor)
Visualization often helps with the understanding and allows for a quicker grasp of the problem. This work is aimed on implementation of pushdown automaton simulator. The purpose of the application is to ease understanding of such abstract machine and its abilities, by providing visual design and possibility of algorithm's interactive animation.

Development and current status of special units of the Fire Rescue Service of the Czech Fire Brigade
Šembera, Ondřej ; Fiala, Miloš (advisor) ; Vilášek, Josef (referee)
Title: Development and current status of special unit of the Fire Rescue Service of the Czech Fire Brigade. Objective: The aim of this work is to get a detailed overview of the development and the current functioning of the Rescue Service of the Czech Fire Brigade. Another aim is to analyze the individual rescue units of the Rescue Service of the Czech Fire Brigade with a focus on their professional training, specialization courses, organizational structure, firefighting machinery, tasks and activities including rescue and liquidation services in the events of major emergencies from 2009 to the present. Methods: The theoretical part will be drawn up on the basis of a study of printed and electronic sources related to the topic. It will be focused on the history and development of the Rescue Service of the Czech Fire Brigade, organizational structure, tasks, focus and actions, education system and firefighting machinery to the extent that will provide support for the practical part of the work. The practical part will deal with the analysis of selected rescue teams and the specialized team of the Rescue Service of the Czech Fire Brigade. The internal and public sources will be the basis for the examination of their professional training. The organizational structure will be verified by local survey...
Aspect in French Light Verb Constructions
VENUŠOVÁ, Alena
The dissertation deals with aspect in light verb constructions in French (LVCs). Light verb predicates such as faire du doublage, faire une découverte, and donner un conseil, constitute a specific kind of verb-noun construction recognizable by two transformational tests i.e., the cancellation test and the argument co-reference test. From the aspectual point of view, there are three parameters to be recognized: the lexical aspect (states, processes, events), grammatical aspect (perfectivity, imperfectivity), and aktionsart (quantity, quality, and phase of action). Being the semantical root of LVCs, the predicative noun is a starting point for aspectual analysis, nevertheless this aspectual interpretation is drawn from the whole sentence and takes account of the whole LVC, as well as of other aspectually relevant components (aspect shifting and aspectual composition). The objective of the research is to clarify the aspectual properties of the predicative noun and examine whether and how the principle of lexical aspect shifting is applied in the context of LCVs with a focus on the role of semantics (creation, motion containing a goal destination), of the predicative noun's complement (its quantization and cumulativity), countability, and determination of the predicative noun. It is observed that countability marked by articles has a crucial effect on the interpretation of the lexical aspect and aktionsart (faire un saut - sauter une fois, faire un emballage - emballer un cadeau, *emballer une fois). The research is based upon a systematic use of real corpora contexts (InterCorp 2018, FrWac, araneum), French lexicon-grammar data (Maurice Gross and his colleagues), and native-speaker competence.
Zhodnocení současného stavu a péče o vybraná chráněná území CHKO Poodří
Kruttová, Michaela
In this bachelor work was evaluated 8 small-scale protected areas in the Poodří PLA with total acreage 739 ha. The Methodology of evaluation present state and management of small-scale specially protected areas (Svátek and Buček, 2005) was used. This Methodology analyzes in detail the present state and management in each selected protected area and interprets results. These results imply that present state is good in 6 areas and average state in 2 areas. The management is assessed as excellent in 1 area, good in 6 areas and average in 1 area.
