Legal principles of the environmental protection

The rigorous thesis is devoted to the analysis of the legal principles of the environmental protection that help to fulfill gaps in the legal regulations, represent support for the interpretation and application of the law. The objective of the thesis is to analyze selected legal principles of the environmental protection (additionally extra-legal principles). The rigorous thesis is divided into three main chapters. The first chapter deals with legally- theoretical definition of the legal principle, with the attributes of the legal principles, meaning of the legal principles and its function in the law. The following chapter pays attention to the legal principles of the environmental protection from the general point of view, thus the characteristics, specificity and typology of the legal principle of the environmental protection. The third chapter represents the crucial part of the thesis, where selected legal principles are analyzed, the characteristics, expression in the law and the application of the principles is being examined.

Delictual liability of natural persons within environmental protection

Delictual liability of natural persons in the environmental protection I have chosen the subject delictual liability of natural persons in environmental protection for topic of my Master's degree thesis. The first reason why I have opted for this subject is due to the fact the environment is present everywhere and is a resource that needs to be protected as it is necessary to the human kind to survive. The law is one of the most powerful tools that can help protecting the environment. The second reason is that it does allow me to link several other law areas of interest which are administrative, criminal and environmental. The thesis contains three main parts. The first one is mainly dedicated to the legal liability while focusing on the responsibility in the environmental law. Also are mentioned the fundamental principles of the delictual liability in the Constitution. The second part relate to the criminal liability of natural persons in the environmental protection, starting from the basics of the international and European Union law. Further to this I have reviewed the past history in the Czech Republic, with supporting dated examples, showing how effectively the environment has been preserved by the criminal law. The impacts of rapid economic growth on the environment in China

China's economic miracle is more than impressive. The thesis focuses on the factors influencing the development of economic situation in recent years. It is pointed out the connection between rapid economic growth and substantial deterioration of the environment, particularly the air pollution. The chinese authorities have recently adopted strict measures and regulations to predict the negative impacts of pollution on the living standard of inhabitants. It is obvious that the questions concerned the environmental issues need to be discussed at international level. There have been decsribed some agreements of bilateral and regional characters as well as multilateral commitments of Chinese People's Republic.
