The cessation of the company is preceded by its dissolution with or without liquidation provided that its property is passed to a legal successor in title. The term liquidation refers to the settlement of debts and property of the dissolved subject. This diploma thesis is particularly focused on individual stages of liquidating process of business organizations and their relation on legal standards.
Purchasing habits of customers of a selected company

The thesis deals with the purchasing habits of customers of a selected business entity operating in the field of production of feed mixtures. Through an anonymous questionnaire survey, data are collected from customers, which are subsequently analysed in the thesis. Based on the findings, recommendations are made to the entity that have the potential to improve the customer experience.

The bachelor's thesis focuses on the analysis of accounting of long-term assets of the allowance organization. Next it is comparison of accounting procedures in the field of long-term assets of allowance organization with business subject and evaluation of specifics. The thesis is divided into two parts. Theoretical part defines important terms, and it is focused on accounting procedures in the field of long-term assets of allowance organization and business subject according to valid legislation. In the practical part is characterized selected entity on which the analysis of accounting procedures in the field of long-term assets is performed. It is followed by the analysis of accounting of long-term assets of a specific allowance organization. As the next in the practical part is summarization and comparison of specific difference in accounting of long-term assets between the allowance organization and the business subject.

The diploma thesis deals with the issue of risk management in restaurant Grandezza. It deals with the application of methods and analysis for risk assessment. Values analyzed will result in measures designed to reduce the identified risks in Grandezza restaurant. The work is focused on three parts. The first part is focused on the current state and the chosen methodology, which is followed by the part. Of the solved issue. The last part contents measures that lead to the reduction of the risks in the restaurant Grandezza.
Comparison of Accounting Procedures of Fixed Assets for a Non-profit Organization and a Profit Entity

This bachelor thesis provides information about procedures and methods of accounting of long-term assets at a non-profit organization and at an entrepreneurial entity according to Czech accounting legislation and legal regulations. The main objective of this thesis is a comparison of accounting procedures of long-term assets at a selected non-profit organization, specifically of a regional self-governing unit and an entrepreneurial subject from the theoretical and practical point of view. In the practical part, it is verified whether Tučapy municipality accounts for long-term assets according to the accounting regulations presented in the theoretical part, based on a presentation of accounting procedures of fixed assets. The verification serves to an assessment of differences in the accounting of fixed assets between the non-profit organization and the entrepreneurial subject. After analyzing the long-term assets accounting practices in Tučapy, the main differences in the accounting of fixed assets between selected entities are described. The last part of this thesis describes the issue of accounting of small non-current assets in a non-profit organization, as in this area there are most mistakes and questions about the correct accounting of long-term assets according to legal regulations.

The author of the diploma thesis deals with the application of methods and risk analysis to assess the environmental impact of the business entity. Firstly, this thesis incudes theoretical background information about case study, which is also support for applying methods and analyzing the necessary areas. The goal of this work is to find solutions and propose preventative measures to be used by enterprise in order to reduce environmental impact.
The inspection activity of the municipal trade office in Mladá Boleslav

This masters thesis deals with the analysis and evaluation of inspection activities of the Municipal Trade Licence Office in Mladá Boleslav. In the theoretical part of the thesis, an analysis of the legal regulation of inspection activities as of June 30, 2015 is made. The empirical part of the thesis deals with the process of inspection and comparison of the procedures of the individual phases of inspection pursuant to Act No. 552/1991 Coll., on state inspection, and Act No. 255/2012 Coll., on inspection (Inspection Code). It further describes practical experience as well as the problems that the inspection workers of the Municipal Trade Licence Office had to deal with in the course of administrative activities in connection with the amendment of Inspection Code. In addition, the thesis deals with a questionnaire survey while its evaluation brings the answers to the question how business entities perceive inspection surveys conducted with regard to their business activities. For the reason of comprehensiveness, the development in the number of business entities in the administrative district of the administrative authority, number of inspection surveys conducted, their focus, and possible sanctions, are documented, monitored in the period of last 10 years. The work concludes with the summary of inspection activities from the point of view of the Municipal Trade Licence Office in Mladá Boleslav as well as from the point of view of business entities.
Proposal for strategic development of business subject

The aim of this diploma thesis is to define the business strategy of chosen company from the Czech Republic, the company Decci and its future development on the African continent. The particular analysis are based on the gathered data of 2 planned investment projects of expansion into Namibia and Zambia. The aim of these analysis was to discover the weak and strong parts in those projects, to define possible opportunities but also all the risks which may be caused by the specific conditions of African continent. The results of this thesis should broaden the existing document portfolio of different analysis, which have been done by the company so far and should help to make well-founded decision regarding to the expansion on Namibian and Zambian energy market. This diploma thesis is composed of 2 main parts. The first part is describing the theory of strategic management, the business management theory and the theory of investment, which are the theoretical ground for the other parts of this thesis. The practical part starts with the brief characteristic of the chosen company Decci a.s., describing its history, recent projects, future visions and its management structure. This introduction is followed by the evaluation of 2 investment projects of expansion in the chosen locations, which has been done by using different strategic analysis. At the end of the practical part, there is a financial evaluation of planned projects which should be used as a summary of each project, conditions for its financing and the level of its profitability. In conclusion, the particular strategies are formulated as results of strategic analysis and thereafter it is chosen the more beneficial investment project. The thesis is concluded by certain recommendations, which may be taken into consideration before the start of investing activities and also for the successful company development on the African continent.
