The aim of thesis ,,Programmes of support for small and medium-sized enterprises and their application in a chosen company? was to analyse subsidy opportunities for small and medium sized enterprises. The theoretical part of the thesis is focused on explanation of all concepts of these enterprises and the theoretical part of the thesis is focused on explanation of all concepts of these enterprises and the practical part includes a analysis of a project of David Jodl ? ADAXS, an appraisal of possible options of the usage support and the proposal for usage of particular programme.

The possibilities of EU grants and subsidies for small and middle companies in South Bohemian region.

The main theme of bachelor´s work ist analyse of grant possibilities for small and middle enterprises. The part of work is comparison of existing drawing resources from Programm Development of country and Operating programm Business and innovation. From results follow, that activities and subsequent drawing grants is different in various districts. The south bohemia region ist for example more succesfull in drawing grants through Programm Development of country, on the opposite side, the drawing from Programm Bussiness and innovation ist relatively low in the comparison with other districts. The results of work can be used as a interesting and practical view on existing drawing of grants by south enterprises.

Pro svou bakalářskou práci jsem si zvolila téma ?CzechInvest?. Zaměřuji se na činnosti, kterými se agentura zabývá. Jednu z jejích hlavních aktivit představuje podpora podnikatelského prostředí v České republice, proto ve své práci popisuji nejdůležitější programy podporující především malé a střední podnikání: Operační program Průmysl a podnikání a Operační program Podnikání a inovace. V druhé polovině se zabývám problematikou klastrů, které se v České republice teprve vyvíjejí.

The bachelor thesis is focusing on the possibilities how to use Strucutural Funds for the development and modernization of the small- and middle-sized enterprises. The thesis is considering projects as a tool of the strategic management, which is described by the principles and methods in the first part. The second part is concentrating on a specific project and is comparing two subsidy programs in the Czech Republic.

Selected support programmes for SME's

In the first part of this thesis there is described sector of SME's in detail and support they get from state. There is elaborated influence of SME's on Czech economy, particularly on added value, employment, investments and foreign trade. Apart from that there are specified some of their advantages and disadvantages that arise mostly from their size. In the first part there is further described support programme OPPI which focuses on innovative oriented SME's. There is also described JEREMIE initiative that is based on cooperation of public finance together with venture capital funds. Furthermore there is stressed the importance of innovations for flowering of economy based on knowledges. In the second part there is described venture capital in detail, especially there is explained how it works, types of venture capital investments and linkage between venture capital and innovations. The thesis then focuses on presence of venture capital in CEE region and particularly in Czech Republic. There are also pointed out typical types of investments in CEER and Czech Republic.

Inovační prostředí v ČR a jeho podpora

Práce analyzuje stav inovačního prostředí v České republice. Porovnává jej v mezinárodním měřítku a identifikuje jeho hlavní slabiny. Dále se zabývá veřejnou podporou inovací, zejména podporou v rámci Operačního programu Podnikání a inovace 2007-2013. Podrobněji je analyzován způsob čerpání dotací na podporu inovačního prostředí v rámci programů Inovace, Potenciál a Prosperita. Je zde prokoumávána regionální podpora inovací v krajích a hodnoceny dosavadní výkony jednotlivých krajů.
