Bachelor thesis is divided into three main parts. First part is dealing with the general issue of enforcement of the cessions. It is concerned the legal, accounting and tax aspects. The following part is concerned receivables in selected stock company. More precisely it is trade receivables. Based on the analysis results of receivables current situation in company, I've proposed remedies which would help improve the current situation in Poda Inc.

My bachelor thesis deals with the proposal of the debt collection improvement in the enterprise. In the first part which is theoretical, there are explained the basic words from the point of view of accounting, taxes and economics. The businessman is briefly introduced in the second part which is analytical. And finally the analysis of the present conditions of the debt collection is presented. In the conclusive part there is my own proposal of the system of the debt collection described.

This bachelor thesis is focused on the issue of debt collection overdue. The theoretical part deals with the creation, dissolution, ensuring of limitation, by way of debt collection - whether out of court or judicial enforcement, execution.There is analyzed the turnover of receivables and receivables from the tax and accounting purposes too. The analytical part of the paper analyzes the current status of receivables entrepreneur Michal Šidlo resides and of the method of enforcing its claims. The last part provides ways to ensure a recovery that business might use to assess their advantages of time and financial considerations and proposals for measures to prevent problematic loans.

Bachelor thesis deals with the enforcement of collections and debt security. In the theoretical part, the author defines the basic concepts from a legal, accounting, tax, and economic point of view. The theoretical part is the foundation for the rest of the work. In the analytical part, the author processes the collections analysis of a particular entrepreneur. Furthermore, the procedures for enforcement of collections and the institute of their securing are captured. The subsequent part contains suggestions to improve the current situation.

Provides an overview of the process of recovery in the first-instance proceedings under the Civil Procedure Code and arbitration proceedings and the enforcement of law and enforceable by execution. Then it deals with analysis of the debts and obligations concrete enterpreneur and demonstrates condition of the debts after maturity of this enterpreneur. On the base of recognized informations is selected the most effective way of debts collection of enterpreneur MOHLIS,druzstvo.

The theoretic part covers debts from law, accounting and tax points of view and depicts possible ways of debt recovery. The analytic part assays debts of KOMFORT, a.s. Based on found facts this thesis provides suggestions for a more effective system of debt recovery and rates their possible use in debt recovery.

Bachelor´s thesis deals with the problem of securing of two non-monetary obligations for businesswoman Jana Kratochvílová in order to fulfill the obligations properly and in time. The first non-monetary obligation from the contract for work is a reconstruction of salesroom, the second non-monetary obligation is a delivery of new stationery from sales contract. In my work, ways of securing are analyzed and then the type of security, which would be in my opinion the most suitable for the businesswoman, is suggested.

The Bachelor’s thesis focuses on debt recovery in the XYZ, a.s. company. The thesis deals with theoretical definition of debt, further are compared theoretical findings with reality. The thesis contains proposal for introduction of the most effective debts recovery and avoid their generation.
