Vliv barevného odstínu pigmentové povrchové úpravy na teplotu povrchu nábytkových dílců
Plodíková, Lucie
The bachelor thesis based on experimental measurements of previously prepared samples. The samples are made of beech plywood. They are finished by pickling with various pigments and exposed to daylight in exterior. The thesis investigates influence of colour shade of pigment surface finishing on wood furniture to the physic-mechanical properties of surface finishing but mainly to the temperature of finished surface. Other properties examined are hardness, adhesion, and colour shade, degree of damage and abrasion resistance. The result of thesis is evaluation and description of achievements with the contribution for practice and new findings.

The work deals with the development of new polymeric coatings and screeds – epoxy, polyurethane and vinyl ester materials with the use of hazardous waste in the form of fillers. The areas that are destined for their landfill are constantly expanding and the costs of disposing of this waste are high. Their use eliminates negative impacts on the environment, but also leads to significant financial savings. The aim of this PhD thesis was to find a suitable way to treat selected hazardous waste and experimentally verify the possibilities of using the fillers pre-treated by optimal way in polymer coatings and screeds. The coatings and screeds are intended primarily for concrete substrates but the possibility of use on metal substrates, asphalt and cement-bonded particle boards was also been verified. These materials serve as a secondary protection of structures against the adverse effects of weather conditions. Secondary raw materials were used as fillers, which were fluidized bed combustion fly ash contaminated due to flue gas denitrification and specially pre-treated hazardous waste (solidification products). The aim was to proceed progressive use of the secondary raw materials as much as possible in order to reduce landfilling in the maximum possible way. It was necessary to treat hazardous waste in such a way that the most effective solidification would be achieved. The behavior of the solidifaction products in the polymer matrix, the distribution of particles in the structure and the disruption of coatings and screeds due to chemical stress were also investigated.
Vliv pružnosti a pevnosti nátěrového filmu na užitné vlastnosti povrchových úprav dílců ze zadýhované DTD
Symerská, Andrea
The submitted thesis issolve deffect elasticity and strengthof a paint film on usable properties surface treatment specifically on work piece sofveneered chipboard and on inertsubstrate UP foil. On foil and chipboard' ssamples were painted nitrocellulosela cquer, water borne lacquer, UV curing lacquer a twoo polyurethane lacquer. Lacker were jugged on physical and mechanical properties by standards and experimental testing. There sultis the evaluation underlying effect elasticity and strength of a paint film on usable properties surface treatment.

This final thesis deals with the quality of surface finishes of table tops manufactured in the system of industrial production and follows the requirements of applicable standards for testing. The most often used materials in production of table tops were chosen for testing of the quality. As the foundation material for finishing by coating with paint were selected components particle board, MDF and HDF (on honeycomb or particle board) in different thicknesses. Surface of desks finished in crude state or with decorating material in the form of veneer or spliced veneers. Additional surface finish were done using pigmented and transparent coating materials. Coating materials on the basis of acrylic UV, alkyd-PUR, acrylic-PUR and 1C WB dispersion were used. During finalizing by transparent coatings surfaces were finished using either waterborne or solvent-based stains. Individual layers of coatings of systems of surface finishes were given by chosen technology and by the type of coating material. Technology, which was selected for applying of coating materials, was roller coating and spraying by HVLP system. After surface completion and relaxation, physical-mechanical testing were performed on the individual testing samples of surface finishes. This testing was subsequently evaluated based on requirements of relevant norms. Individual testing samples of surfaces were divided into groups based on finishing method and type of surface finishes (pigment/transparent). Outcome of the work is the evaluation of given systems of surface finishes from the perspective of suitable utilization for table tops.
Kvalita povrchu při frézování dřeva a použitelnost pro nanášení nátěrových hmot
Lysáček, Pavel
The thesis evaluates the surface quality during 6000 and 9000 revolutions of shaft per minute. There were used feed rates of the workpiece from 10 to 40 m/min, there were chosen feed rates 10 and 20 m/min for applying the painting matter and for detailed research. Two instruments with different methods of surface evaluation were used for assessing the surface quality. Roughness tester Mitutoyo SJ - 201 P represents contact measurement and Talysurf CLI 1000 is for the contactless measurement. Both of these instruments were used before and after applying the water-based painting matter in the factory of joynery production.
Odolnost povrchových úprav stavebně truhlářských výrobků vůči poškrabání

The undergraduate thesis focuses on theissue concerning surface resistance to scratching on joinery products. The work examines and evaluates quality and resistence against scratching surface. The findings of the thesis are grounded in laboratory empirical research done on samples coated with four materials whose physical and mechanical properties have been tested. The properties of the materials being tested are surface resistance to incision, scratching and rubbing. Some further physical properties of surface proofing have been measured, such as a level of shine or hue.
Technologie nanášení nátěrových hmot
Pala, Libor
This thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. In the first section of the theoretical part are compiled and presented information from the structure of paints. The second section describes the various application of coating materials. The third and final section is devoted a comparison of selected coatings and detection their strengths and weaknesses. The practical part focused on the influence of coating technology for corrosion properties of the coating by experiment. On the test samples were used various methods applied anticorrosion coating. Then the samples Were Placed in a corrosive environment in salt chamber. After completion of the corrosion tests was visually evaluated the effect of coating methods for corrosion.
Odolnost povrchových úprav vůči poškrabání
Samiecová, Kateřina
This bachelor thesis exames the resistance of surface finish against scraches. The main focus is to analyze the stress of the surface finishes, mainly done by scratching, cutting and hitting. In theoretical part, certain requirements for surface finishes are described. Also there is explained the method of application. There is also analysed their composition and upcoming formation of the film. The main aim was to determined resistance of certain surface finishes against various types of scraching, or demaging the surface of the finish and identify the impact of finishing various types of veneers on the resistance of the surface. There has been also verified if each exam can be replaced by another. Veryfing exames was according to valid standarts.
Povrchové úpravy podlah z materiálu na bázi dřeva ve veřejném interiéru
Kroutilová, Šárka
This diploma thesis deals with the issue of appropriate surface treatment for wooden floors in public interiors. The materials used in this thesis are coniferous (spruce) and foliate (beech and oak) types of wood which has been treated with four different kinds of transparent coating. The evaluation of the most appropriate coating for a particular kind of wood is based on laboratory experiments focused on physical-mechanical, chemical and microbiological properties.
