Building on this subject is further developed such documentation and other documents that complement and prescribe requirements for faster, easier, safer, better and technologically accurate realization of this phase.

The diploma thesis deals with construction technological project of department store in Mohelnice town – hypermarket Kaufland. It compiles in detail the most optimal proposal of technological construction process, working machinery, traffic proposal for transport, construction site equipment, schedule of work, inspection and test plan, safety of work, environment, and finally costing including bill of quantities etc. The thesis deals specifically main building object SO04, object of hypermarket, which is consisted of prefabricated reinforced concrete skeleton of single-storey building. I focus primarily on realization of gross building.

Solution gross superstructure production facility in Lanškroun

This Bachelor thesis processes construction-technological procedure of selected technological stages of rough upper construction of a production hall belonging to SCHOTT ČR, s.r.o. in Lanškroun. This is the extension of the single-storey hall intended for industrial production. The subject is the processing the procedure of assembly of the assembled ferroconcrete skeleton and cladding by facade panels Kingspan including the load-bearing structure of the surface.The work includes the individual design of the facade, a technical report, technological regulations of the selected stages of the construction, the organization plan and site facilities including drawings, budget and timetable, inspection and test plans, draft report, and also the machinery safety and health protection at work. An additional part of the solution is the issue of the oversized transport, including solutions to the critical points of the route.

High standard detached house on a slope

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to elaborate project documentation of construction of a high standard detached house on a slope. The building is self-standing and is set on a sloping terrain in the cadastral territory of the city of Brno, in the district Žabovřesky. The ground plan of the house is designed in the shape of letter L. One storey is partly in basement, one storey is planted in the terrain and one is above ground. Garage for four cars is part of the building connected to the house by a fire door in the vestibule. The roof is designed flat and vegetative. The entrance to the building is situated from the northern side. Here is also the entrance to the ground which is from the adjacent local road. The construction system is made of reinforced concrete skeleton consisting of columns and beams. The KMB Sendwix panel has a contact isolation system. Horizontal constructions are designed from pre-stressed Spiroll ceiling panels and KMB Sendwix system components. The internal and external stairwells are reinforced concrete, prefabricate. Through the leeward to the basement on the ground floor of the building, we enter the residential part of the family house, but also into the garage and dressing room. From the hall we get to the study, the room with toilet and bathroom. The bedroom are includes with a dressing room, a bathroom and a toilet. Furthermore, there are two symmetrical rooms, each of which has its own dressing room, loggia, bathroom and a toilet. All bathrooms and the hall on this floor are fitted out with roof skylights. The hall, connected by a staircase to the first basement, connects to the corridor that is connecting the living rooms with a technical and also a relaxing part of the house. From the kitchen and the dining room we reach the wine cellar, cellar and living room. The focus of this thesis is on the description of realization of rough upper construc-tion of warehouse in Jindrichuv Hradec. The thesis consists of report on construction and technology, technical report on site technologies, wider transportation connections, technological guidelines for prefabricated reinforced concrete frame, proposal for the machinery assembly, report on safety and health protection on construction site, envi-ronmental requirements, control and exam plan for prefabricated reinforced concrete frame and in lastly also financial comparisons of brick construction and mounted struc-ture. The annexes consist of blueprints for the site technologies, scheme of the cargo distribution in the trucks, routes of wider transportation connections and also detailed budget with timeframe.

The offer price of construction works

This bachelor thesis deals with the compilation of the offer price of the subcontracted prefabricated structure of the warehouse with administration. The theoretical part describes the process and pricing of the construction works. The practical part deals with the creation of a specific price offer, including optimalization and evaluation of actual costs, which in turn shows whether the offer was effective. The aim of this work is introduction and more insight at the issue pricing of prefabricated skeleton and practical sample of development of the final offer, including the optimalization solution.

Production buildings, Production of aquariums in Brno

This bachelor thesis aims to design a new building for manufacturing aquariums with part for administration and public part in Horní Heršpice. This project is based on a study made on a subject named AG035. Horní Heršpice is Brno city district located in the south part of the city. The building plot is located on the street Sokolova. The building plot has an irregular rectangular shape without major restrictions. The building can be visually divided into two parts – lower one front with public part and administration and higher part with production hall. The front part is partially sunk below ground level which brings it closer to passing visitors and offers views from the aquarium. Compared to other buildings it is clad with yellow corrugated facade panels. The entrance hall opens to visitors and provides separate entrances to the exhibition space in one part and administrative space in the other part. The second building is significantly higher clad in bright color panels. From one side there is an embedded lower part with support areas with yellow cladding. The buildings gradually rise. Both buildings are connected with a glazed corridor. One of the primary tasks of the design is to create a well-organized and collision-free space. The building is divided into two different hight levels and has no cellar. A structural system of administrative part is a cast-in-place concrete structure, the production hall with support areas is from precast concrete frame.
