Safety and Security of the Air Transport

The bachelor’s thesis is focused on the Aviation Security and Safety. The aim is to describe diversity of areas, providing basic information and refer to current projects and new trends especially in passenger control. The attention is given to both areas (Security and Safety) by international organisations, legislative and technical support and in conclusion by international exhibitions. In each area are selected accidents related to deficiencies in these areas.
Globalisation processes and international organisations evolution: Effectivity and reform of international organisations with an example of the WTO

A radical change of the socio-cultural order has brought about globalisation processes. Their consequences in the economic sphere include, mainly, growing interdependence, increasing mobility of the production factors and rising efficiency of the global economy. This brings important causes in the political dimension, were the anarchy at the global level translates into erosion of the role of state sovereignty and creation of world economy inefficiencies. Qualitatively new system of global governance, governance at multiple levels and a regulative sub-system emerge, which the World Trade Organisation is a main example of. To reach an effective solution, it is essential to introduce a reform. The central methodological bases are systems theory and neo-liberal internationalism of this analysis.
Groups of countries in the world economy and their basic socio-economic characteristics

The paper deals with groups of countries in the world economy and the various concepts of classification of these groups in terms of international organisations. The first chapter deals with a brief summary of the classical and the new concept of dividing world economies. The second chapter focuses on international organisations such as UNCTAD that uses the classical concept and a description of its way of defining countries, the third chapter examines the international organisations within the new concept (IBRD, IMF). The fourth chapter includes the rest of the important international institutions and their methodology (FAO, ILO, WTO, OECD). The fifth chapter is a summary and evaluation of the structure of the world economy seen by international organisations.
International tax evasion

This thesis is focused on two aspects of tax havens and the issue whether tax havens are generally beneficial. Objective of the thesis is to describe the benefits of legitimate use of tax havens and to outline the causes and consequences of the fight of international organisations and developed countries against countries considered to be tax havens. In addition to these basic information there are also mentioned the ways of using tax havens and the most common legal forms, that are able to exploit their benefits. In the last part of the thesis, the results of my own survey, which purpose was to ascertain the view of entrepreneurs and managers on the use of tax havens, are shown.
Differentiation-increase in differences between advanced and developing countries

The bachelor thesis "Differentiation - increase in differences between advanced and developing countries" focuses on the increasing differences between the two main segments of world economy, namely between advanced economies on the one hand and developing on the other hand. This differentiation will be justified, evidenced and accompanied by concrete facts, symptoms and tendencies. The goal of this thesis is to analyse the principal aspects of this theme, i.e. to define participants, symptoms, causes and consequences of the given phenomenon and eventual future development. Furthermore to compare relations between advanced and developing countries in mid-twentieth century and today whereas emphasis is especially placed on the changing position of developing countries within last twenty years, and to describe the role of dynamic developing countries in the present world economy and their present and future relation with advanced countries. The structure of thesis will be divided into seven main chapters and them respective subchapters which comprise key segments of given problems.
