Optimization of air conditioning of the ice stadium
Zach, Daniel ; Rubinová, Olga (referee) ; Blasinski, Petr (advisor)
This diploma thesis is divided into three parts: theoretical, calculation and experimental measurement. The issue of humid air and air-conditioning in winter stadiums is elaborately analysed in the theoretical part. In the calculation part, the dessertation focuses on the optimization of current draft of hockey hall air conditioning system. The hall is now in operation during the season, which means from September to March. In the dissertation are discussed two variants of the draft. The first variant is draft upgrade to year-round operation with condensing dehumidification. The second option is solved as a combination of air handler unit system and absorption dehumidification. This variant is also designed for seasonal and year-round operation of the ice rink. At the end of the dissertation are all of them compared in terms of annual costs. The experimental measurement is carried out on dehumidification of air from areas with high water gains, in this case swimming pool hall model. This problematics is solved by changing the speed of ventilator and using Peltier generator.
The energy intensity of water acquisition by condensation of air humidity
Hamerský, Tomáš ; Škorpík, Jiří (referee) ; Pospíšil, Jiří (advisor)
The master's thesis deals with actual possibilities of acquisition water from air humidity in order to obtain fresh water, focusing on energy intensity of vapor-compression refrigeration for it is production. There is a basic determine study for Czech climatic zone in selected localities. For graded cooling capacity dependencies describing the acquisition of water from the air, where is the energy intensity ranges on average between 0,3 ÷ 0,5 kWh/l. For the selected family house are set the individual variants of non-potable rainwater management.
Use of flue gas from gas microturbine for direct drying
Těthal, Josef ; Máša, Vítězslav (referee) ; Kuba, Pavel (advisor)
This master‘s thesis deals with the problematic of flue gas produced by a gas microturbine which is used as a drying media for general drying. Flue gas needs to be cooled to specific temperatures. The computing part of this work includes solving the microturbine and the mixer. Further part contains bilance solution of a general dryer for resolving the output parameters of wet flue gas. In the last part, the problematic of drying in a laundry facility is described, along with using the flue gas for drying at the specific clothes dryer Primus T24 G.
Methods of dehumidification of indoor pool
Vrzal, Martin ; Bělka, Miloslav (referee) ; Pech, Ondřej (advisor)
The bachelor thesis deals with design of suitable method of dehumidification of indoor pool. The theoretical part includes an introduction to the issues of microclimate, humid air, humidity transfer and methods of dehumidification. The practical part is focused on calibration of measuring sensors and measurement of proposed quantities in the family house with indoor swimming pool. In the thesis is introduced a calculation of amount of evaporated water by several methods, after that results were compared. In the conclusion of this thesis is proposed suitable method of dehumidification of the family indoor pool based on calculated quantities of evaporated humidity.
