Evaluation of an investment project in an agricultural enterprise

The main objective of the work is the evaluation of an investment project that was based on support in an agricultural holding, the main differences of which include specific financing that is typical for this type of holding. The main sources include investment subsidies and co-financing of loan interest. The practical part of the work is developed based on the data of the project implemented by the Agricultural Cooperative Bělčice. This is the purchase of heavy agricultural machinery. A detailed description of the project is given in chapter 7 of the bachelor's thesis. This part is divided into 4 chapters. To evaluate the effectiveness of the project, which was used in the agricultural holding, the methods of payback period in pure and discounted versions, net present value and internal rate of return are used. Furthermore, the thesis distinguishes whether it is a variant with the use of an investment subsidy or without an investment subsidy, and whether equal or accelerated depreciation of the property is used. In the next part, the method of financing is evaluated. This section also compares individual financing options with each other. At the end of the thesis, there is a chapter evaluating the impact of project implementation on the financial situation of the company. This evaluation is carried out using financial analysis tools and is differentiated for loan and equity financing options. At the end of the thesis, there is an overall summary and evaluation of the results of the evaluation of the effectiveness of the project, which, as it was affected by all the agricultural enterprises, is effective and based on the evaluation methods adopted for realization.

This bachelor thesis deals with economic consequences of investment to fixed asset in company Šroubárna Kyjov, spol. s r.o. In chapter Literature review were described mainly the issues of investments, investing and financing of investments. In part Own evaluation of investment describes the economic costs and benefits of chosen innovation. In chapter Discussion, proposals and recommendations were evaluated consequences of chosen innovation. Strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of investment were identified by using SWOT analysis. By using table of economic and non-economic risks were identified problematic areas and suggested measures for their prevention or elimination.

This thesis deals with models for determinig customer and identifying parameters determinig this value. Company analysis was conducted and key parameters were chosen. On this basis, a model to determine lifetime value of company customers was applied and subsequently modified. Based on the results reccomandations were developed to use customer lifetime value to measure effectivness of online marketing tools.

The theoretical part defines the issue of building investments, public project, and indicators of economic efficiency of investments. Risk analysis is described here. The practical part is focused on the economic evaluation of the effectiveness and risk analysis of the project implemented by the municipality.

The diploma thesis is focused on evaluation of efficiency and feasibility of the project. In the theoretical part, there are described extensive issues of feasibility study. The thesis deals with evaluation of project effectiveness and its risks. The practical part analyzes the current unsatisfactory condition of a particular building. There are designed and processed two alternative solutions of the project including their evaluation. These solutions were compared with each other and presented to the investor.

This bachelor thesis deals with the topic of the firm ADALIN s r. o. prospectus. This firm pursues with the distilled water production in the village Březí u Mikulova located in the border zone. In the part of literature retrieval the following is described: the problem as a whole, method of solving and basic terms of the problem of qualifying the new prospectus. In the main part of dissertation new theoretical procedures in the profession with the application of information derived from the market research, national institutions and companies operating in the laid market segment are applied. In the final part then the references are given.

This thesis focuses on assessment of business efficiency of Cukrárna Anička, s.r.o., a small business from Brno. To achieve the assessment, selected methods of financial analysis are used. The thesis assesses current economic situation of the company and formulates a set of proposed measures to improve economic state of the company.
