Selingerová, A. The effect of advertising on the customer by the selection of the electricity suppliers. Bachelor thesis. Brno: Mendel's University in Brno, 2014. The aim of my Bachelor thesis is to determine the effects that affect consumer's behaviour and decision making. Simultaneously is important to identify the mo-tives, which can interest the customer and which ones discourage them. The thesis is divided into main two parts. In the theoretical part, we are acquainting with the terms, especially from the marketing and sociology sectors, with them we subsequently work in the second-practical part. In the practical part are origi-nated the hypotheses, which I was verifying thanks to quantitative research settled by a questionnaire method. In the second part I have created low-cost advertising campaign of the concrete utility company. This campaign is created thanks to respondent's answers from the questionnaire.

This thesis deals with renewable energy sources with a focus on the biogas plant as a new form of diversification of farm activities. In the theses is characterized renewable energy source of energy, their development and tools for their support in the European Union and the Czech Republic. At the same time provides the legislative framework for the support of renewable energy sources. Describes the development of biogas plants in the Czech Republic, lists the various types of biogas plants, the principles of their operationn and types of purchase of electricity. The work focuses on the characterization and comparison of two technologically different biogas plants for two years, which are operated in farms. These biogass plants compares between each other by analysis of the costs and revenues related to the production of electricity. At the same time, the thesis analyzed the external and internal environment of these biogas plants

Conceptual design of a hydroelectric plant on the Liwagu River in Malaysia

The bachelor thesis deals with the conceptual design of a small hydropower plant on the Liwagu River in Sabah Province, Malaysia. The background and site survey was provided by Stream Ltd. The work included the design of the intake structure, intake pipeline, engine house and its process section. A suitable type of machine was selected for the hydropower plant. At the end of the work, an economic analysis of the project was prepared. In terms of payback, the project was evaluated as beneficial. The bachelor thesis includes a calculation part, a drawing part and a photo documentation of the designed site.
