The designed house is placed on the sites numbered 121 in village Dolní Benešov-Zábřeh. This is a new building with basement with two floors. The house has an regular floor plan, is built from the system POROTHERM and is covered with a gable roof.

The designed house is placed on the sites numbered 497/8 in village Liběšice. This is a new building without basement with two floors. The house has an irregular floor plan, is built from the system POROTHERM and is covered with a gable roof.

Sports centre Hodonín

The content of this thesis is elaboration of technical documentation for realization of a sports centre. The building is situated in Hodonín in flattened terrain. It is a building with two floors, non-cellar, flat vegetation roof and sloping roof of the wooden glued laminated trusses. The building is based on plain concrete strip foundations and concrete foundations footing. Both peripheral and internal walls are made of ceramic blocks Porotherm. In open spaces, reinforced concrete columns are designed. The ceiling structure is designed from pre-stressed Spiroll ceiling panels. The peripheral walls are insulated with the ETICS external thermal insulation system in the western part of the building. On the rest of the building there is a ventilated facade with a cladding made of wood and Cetris tiles. The building is functionally divided into two parts with a common entrance. On the north and south side there are sports grounds. The rest consists of a restaurant, a kitchen with facilities, a hygienic background for employees and visitors. The whole building is barrier-free.

The bachelor’s thesis deals with the processing of PD family villa in a quiet suburban hillside village near the town of Myjava, Brestovec. Project and attachments are processed simultaneously according to applicable standards, regulations and laws. Family house is located on plot no. 35186/1 an area of 37.33 square meters, in the cadastral no. 806277. Building object SO01 has first and second floor, without basement. Dimensions SO01 - the house is 22,840 x 14,240 meters. SO01 is solved roofing flat roof vegetation. The building is designed from the system VELOX BAU-SYSTEME. Foundation structure consists of plain concrete C16/20 and concrete base slab thickness of 150 mm. The accompanying seminar thesis deals with the topic?.

The bachelor´s thesis deals proposal and processing of project documentation low-energy detached house in the village of Horní Bory. Complete the project documentation as well as the addenda are elaborated with regard to contemporary legislature and standards. The project of low energy detached house is situated on a plot of 310/1 in the cadastral Horní Bory. The building has two floors "plus" shape with partial basement. Dimensions of the house are 14,52 x 19,52 m. The roof of the house is designed of three variants roof: flat roof, gabled roof and truss roof. The building is designed from the system Ytong. The base structure consists of a plain concrete C16/20 and concrete base slab thickness of 100 mm. The enclosed seminar´s thesis deals with the shielding technology.
