Silná, Karolína ; Martínek, Milan (advisor) ; Piruchtová, Karolína (referee)
Title: A case report of physiotherapeutic care for a patient diagnosed with Parkinson's disease. Objective: The aim of this bachelor's thesis in the theoretical part is to provide information on the diagnosis of Parkinson's disease, especially information on etiopathogenesis, diagnosis and treatment. The aim of the practical part is to process a case report of a patient suffering from this diagnosis and evaluate the effect of the performed physiotherapeutic intervention. Method: The general part includes theoretical information about Parkinson's disease in terms of pathophysiology, etiopathogenesis, clinical picture and other areas necessary for a comprehensive understanding of the diagnosis. There is also information on the treatment options for Parkinson's disease, including rehabilitation. The special part contains the case report of a patient diagnosed with Parkinson's disease, which arose within the bachelor's internships at Vršovická Zdravotní. Results: The goals of the theoretical and practical part were met. Following the evaluation of the effect of therapy, it can be concluded that the physiotherapeutic intervention described in the special section had a partial positive effect on the patient's condition.
