Project documentation in stage construction of the new building a four-storey residential building in,, Bystřice nad Pernštejnem " with establishment of the veterinary ambulance, and 7 bulit garages located in Bystřice Pernštejnem. Block of flats has 8 units. The building is designed as a regular block with projecting first Above ground floor south, north and east. The cladding is made from blocks SENDWIX system with external plastic contact insulation and window construction with triple glazing. The building has a flat roof. Conceptually, the building was designed as a passive house with the class of heat transmission through the building envelope A-very economical.
Study of energy consumption reduction of block of flats

The goal of the thesis is firstly to get all the information about the initial state of solved block of flats, which is located on the street Merhautova 76/954 in Brno – Černá pole, in terms of constructions, energy consumption and initial state of heating system. In the second part of the thesis, where are discussed the possibilities of reduction of energy consumption, variant drafts of reduction of energy consumption and their financial costs and the choice of optimal variant. Third part deals with assement of solved block of flats in terms of sustainable built environment by using tool to rate buildings in terms of sustainable built environment - SBToolCZ, evaluation of possibility to use renewables. In the end are written summaries and recommendations.

The subject of this master’s thesis is elaboration of project documentation for building an " block of flats" according to the actual standards and norms given by law. The object has four storeys above the ground and one underground floor. Object consists of fourteen regular flats and one flat for immobile person. Object is built of brick construction system with ceilings based on the Spirol preloaded panels. Object has partially flat roof covered with vegetation and partially skew pult roof.

The diploma thesis deals with new block of flat in Velké Meziříčí (Vysočina). The building is rectangular in shape with five floors and a flat roof. Block of flats contains 29 residential units has wheelchair access and a lift. Bearing and non-bearing walls are made of sand-lime blocks, ceiling structure consists of reinforced concrete hollow core slabs. The facade is made with an external thermal insulation composite system.

The master’s thesis „The block of flats n Brno“ is developed as a project documentation. Designed object is situated on a plot no. 1684/21 on the U penzionu street, in the northern area of the city part Brno-Starý Lískovec . I tis a detached, fiwe-flored blocko of flats without cellar. External and internal carier walls are made of Porotherm blocks, the ceiling is monolithic, joined, reinforced concrete board. The roof is solved as singlepallial, flat roof. Thermal insulation of the facade is made of contact thermal insulation system ETICS. Height object corresponds with the height surrounding buildings.

This work deals with a new building – block of flats on land no. 1799/1, 1800/1 cadastral Újezd u Brna, region Brno - venkov. This building contains 15 individual flats. The object is geometrically divided on central part with gabled roof and 2 side parts with hip roof. Slopes of roofs 10°. Building is designed as three-storey object without a cellarage, whence all three storeys are residential . The building is accessible from local road and it is possible to park a car next to the object in new-build parking place. Residential rooms are positively rotated to south and ventilated naturally. All the residential rooms are exposed to direct day light. Sidewalk and hard surface are treated as concrete and scrubbed pavement. Construction peripheral bearing masonry, interior bearing masonry and cross buntons effected from ceramic breeze-block POROTHERM. Ceilings plates are made of reinforced concrete. Staircase are made of reinforced concrete as well.

This Master´s thesis is focused on block of flats project documentation. The documentation is worked for building construction. Emphasis is placed on structural, space, fire safety, thermal and acoustic requirements. Masonry building is secluded and has four floors, without cellared, with a gabled roof. The building is designed with eight flats and one of these flats is designed for persons with reduced mobility.

The thesis called Block of Flats in Prague 6 is composed as a project documentation of the static part. This six-level building was designed as a ferroconcrete monolithic object. Two underground floors are formed by a ferroconcrete frame with columns. There are placed parking slots and also a residential section on these two floors. Four other levels are designed as a ferroconcrete frame with walls. These four floors serve as a residential section. The thesis deals with the complete design of the first floor of one structural unit of the building, and also with some details such as floor slab, bearers, staircase, columns, and walls.
