Assessment of Economic Situation of the Company

The bachelor thesis evaluates the economic situation of the company LABARA s.r.o. in the period from 2018 to 2022. The theoretic part describes methods of the economic analysis and selected indicators of the financial analysis. The practical part contains information about the analysed company and its competition, strategic analysis and calculations of financial analysis indicators which are then compared to the competitions. There are introduced proposals to improve economic situation of the company in the end of the bachelor thesis.

Accounting Directives for Company

The bachelor thesis is focused on the creation of an internal company directive in the field of inventory for the company E-TECHNIK s. r. o. The first part contains the definition of the theoretical basis of internal company directives, their division and relevant legal regulations, and inventory, their valuation, accounting and stock-taking. The second part is dedicated to the introduction and evaluation of the current state of the company together with the financial analysis. The last part presents a comprehensive proposal for an internal company directive regarding the issue of inventory.

Inventories in a Company

The bachelor's thesis deals with the analysis of stocks, their valuation, stock records, inventory, financial analysis of stocks and accounting of stocks. Information processing was carried out using several methods - guided interview, observation, description, comparison, analysis, and synthesis. These methods were used in the selected accounting unit, which is divided into five divisions. The bachelor thesis is focused on one division. Both internal and external company (division) materials were used for the practical part of the work. Partial results were presented in tables and graphically expressed. A calculation of inventory valuation in the division was carried out using the applied fixed price method with deviation, further weighted arithmetic average variable and the FIFO method. Subsequently, an analysis of the stock records, the entire inventory process and inventory accounting in the selected division was carried out. The division was also evaluated from the point of view of the company's finances, using ratio indicators of inventory turnover and inventory turnover time.

Solvency Management of the Company

The thesis deals with the management of the solvency in the company MFC-MORFICO s. r. o. are Found through the analysis of individual components of working capital weak spots to improve and streamline its management, attention is paid to the evaluation of the processes intervening in obratového cycle of money, analysis of working capital as a whole and compared with the two largest competitors of the company in the field was designed, appropriate measures and recommendations which should in the future bring higher efficiency in working capital management, the subsequent savings and increase the value of the company.

Management Study of the Selected Group of Inventory

This work has been devoted to tailoring of inventory management model for a selected material group within company Tyco Electronics Czech, s.r.o. It focuses on three areas of purchasing, i.e. planning of purchases, material procurement and inventory management. This work analyses most painful problems and suggests walls how to overcome those problems. The main contribution of the work lies in material cost reduction and consequent volume reduction of capitalized inventories. Production down times based on the lack of packaging materials should be also reduced.

Proposal for Lean Manufacturing Using Kaizen Products to Ensure Quality

This diploma thesis is based upon a study of processes in a subdivision of fischer systems, a company in the automotive industry. These processes are studied with reference to lean manufacturing and Kaizen products. The first part of this thesis is a general introduction to the company. It is followed by a description of the subdivision in question, and a discussion of various theoretical approaches. An analysis of the current state of manufacturing and processes is also made. Finally, a proposal is made towards solving imperfections uncovered in the analysis stage, and getting the company closer to lean manufacturing.

Subject of this thesis called "Study logistics procurement focusing on purchase and storage" is optimize logistic process in chosen company so that be more effective and economical. At the beginning of my thesis is introduce company Turlak. Then is worked out analysis of actual situation on the base of theoretical part. At the end of this work are submited a proposales of improvement in purchase, manage of inventory and storage.
