Využití různých metod izolace entomopatogenních a mykoparazitických hub z různých podmínek prostředí
SANDALA, DAVID
Abstract The main objective of this work was to test methods for isolating entomopathogenic fungi from different environmental conditions. In the first experiment, entomopatho-genic fungi B. bassiana, M. brunneum, I. fumosorosea and L. muscarium were inocu-lated in pairs into sterile soil substrate and incubated for 50 days. Compatibility anal-ysis was performed after 14 and 50 days of incubation. The results were compared with those on day 0 when the control suspensions were used to establish tests to assess the number of colony-forming units (CFU). The results showed that entomopathogenic fungi can be easily isolated from soil using the routine method of dodine selective nutrient soil. At the same time, the interaction between species was recorded from photographic documentation. The second experiment focused on the application of the entomopathogenic fungi I. fumosorosea and L muscarium and the mycoparasitic fun-gus T. virens to cucumber plant leaves. The results of this experiment also show that both entomopathogenic fungi and mycoparasitic fungus can be easily isolated even from the phylloplane entomopathogenic fungi using dodine-based selective medium and mycoparasitic fungus T. virens using Trichoderma selective medium (TSM). It was also shown that relative humidity is important for the growth and development of entomopathogenic fungi after preventive application to cucumber plant leaves.

Title: Silently listen to one's own being: Relationship of bodily sensations and sense in the early philosophy of M. Heidegger Author: Bc. Filip Žitník Department: Department of general anthropology, FHS - UK Supervisor: Mgr. Ing. arch. Marie Pětová, Ph.D. Abstract: Master thesis Silently listen to one's own being: Relationship of bodily sensations and sense in the early philosophy of M. Heidegger deals with the question of possibility of discussing the motive of body and bodily sensations within the framework of M. Heidegger's fundamental ontology and finding a relationship between bodily sensations and sense within this conception. The first part of the thesis demonstrates through the exposition of worldhood as the existential trait of Dasein that Dasein as ,being in the world' is necessarily bodily being, otherwise the world which is the whole of references would disintegrate. The second part reveals the necessity to conceive the bodily sensations in relation to state-of-mind (Befindlichkheit) as a fundamental trait of this being and not as the mere concomitant phenomenon. Thus the bodily sensation is via state-of-mind (Befindlichkheit) co-constitutive trait of original phenomenon "there" which is in its nature a temporal unity of the traits state-of mind, speech and understanding. In this way the bodily...
Parametric estimation of GARCH model using MATLAB
Dúbravský, Martin ; Tran, Van Quang (advisor) ; Fučík, Vojtěch (referee)
Timely invariant variance is known not to be stylized fact of financial returns data. Motive of this bachelor thesis is to study financial data's typical variability of variance. In theoretical part, assumtions of GARCH models and its extensions, are summarized. GARCH family models' parameters are estimated, using maximum likelihood are estimated in empirical part. These models are estimated and evaluated across five assets, in which stock indicies DAX and SAP 500, FX major EURUSD and commodities natural gas and gold, are represented. In order to make assumptions about robabilistic distribution of data more realistic, not only Gaussian distribution, but also more leptokurtic Student's t-distribution is assumed to be present in data. Estimations are executed using software package MATLAB and EViews environment. For each asset, the best one of estimated GARCH models will be selected. Results suggest, that assumption of leptokurtic distribution generates models that describe volatility of studied assets better. Regarding testing for assymetric effects in volatility and estimation of EGARCH models, leverage effect of financial returns is shown to be present in returns of studied assets.

Collaborating journalists in the Netherlands during and after the World War II.
Kolínková, Tereza ; Cebe, Jan (advisor) ; Suk, Pavel (referee)
This bachelor degree thesis "Collaborating journalists in the Netherlands during and after World War II" deals with Dutch journalists and press from the beginning of the occupation in 1940 until the end of the process of press cleansing in 1950. The Dutch press was prepared to collaborate with the German occupation authorities at the beginning of the war. Journalists who decided for active cooperation were given high positions in war press organizations. A certain degree of collaboration was forced onto the majority of the journalists through mandatory membership in the Association of Dutch journalists in summer 1940, and later in the autumn of 1941 also in the Press guild of the Dutch cultural chamber. Collaboration was also encouraged by the newly founded Department of public enlightenment and arts which was striving to enforce ideas of national socialism. Almost all journalists continued to practice their profession for reasons of existence Already in 1943 the Dutch government in London exile started preparing the postwar process of society cleansing from collaborators. Southern parts of the country were liberated in autumn 1944, the remaining parts had to wait until may 1945. The cleansing process started officially after the founding of the Commission for the press cleansing in 1945 and it continued...
