Strategies of coping with anger in relation to spiritual experiences – quantitative analysis

Data of students of 3rd class of high school (N=829) were obtained via original questionnaire focused on strategies of coping with anger. Results were compared with data from Prague spiritual questionnaire (PSQ) (Říčan, Janošová, 2005). Positive significant correlation was found between strategies of self-regulation of anger with the help of empathy and some scales of spiritual experiences, whereas coping with anger by means of revengeful images correlated with spirituality significantly negatively.

He introduces some meanings acquired by psychological concept of experience gradually in the history. Experiencing is concerned not only by the outer world but also by the state of own organism and namely the state of own mind. The special concern is given to the experiencing of time as a basic dimension of human life.
