Understanding the Principles of Diastereomeric Complexes of Chiral Urea Derivatives.
Cuřínová, Petra ; Jakubec, Martin ; Storch, Jan ; Holakovský, R.
The main target of this work based on the NMR studies is to elucidate the structural principles which are responsible for the action of the chiral selectors at hand, and thus to be able to predict the new promising structures useful as NMR shift reagents.

Carbon-Carbon Couplings between Chemically Equivalent or almost Equivalent Nuclei.
Blechta, Vratislav ; Strašák, Tomáš ; Sýkora, Jan
We present here a modification of the above experiment with the aim of increasing the sensitivity. This can be achieved by 2D J-resolved refocused INADEQUATE without decoupling during preparation period but with decoupling during acquisition and equilibrium periods. The experiment is discussed with respect to the sensitivity and influence of strong couplings.

NMR Aerosolomics: A Convenient Route to Organic Aerosol Analysis.
Horník, Štěpán ; Schwarz, Jaroslav ; Sýkora, Jan
Both real atmospheric and model samples (from diesel combustion engines) have been analysed by the method. Special treatment of the real atmospheric samples led to the identification of at least 40 compounds in each analysed sample. Variations in the composition of different group fractions from the individual samples will be discussed in this work along with diesel combustion markers identification.
