Daniel Ignatius Nitsch and Saint Francis Xavier in Gods' Love Embrace
Linka, Jan ; Kvapil, J.
Through the analyzes of the text "Zlaté hodinky Bohmila" (Bohmils' Gold Hours) by the Jesuit priest and missionary Daniel Ignatius Nitsch the study refers to the change in the understanding of "God's Love" in early modern society. It also shows a significant contribution of Jesuits to the expansion of "Gods' Love" cult, who did not consider "Gods' Love" to be merely a mean to strengthen the internal belief, but also as an effective tool of the Catholic Anti-Reformation propaganda.

Maxmilian Wietrowski SJ on Future Contingents
Svoboda, David
The paper deals with the problem of the truth-value of the propositions about so-called future cotingents events as it was put forth by the Czech Jesuit M. Wietrowski (1660-1737). Wietrowski defens the general validity of the law of excluded middle as well as of the principle of bivalence and that is why he says that any proposition about the future kontingent event has determinate truth-value independently of the Divine decree.
