Industrial heat pump for flue gas condenser

The diploma thesis deals with the description of industrial heat pump systems, basic components and describes a new generation of ecological refrigerants. The design part of the heat pump calculates the ideal cycle and parameters at individual points according to thermodynamic laws. Subsequently, the design selects the components of the designed system and adds the calculation of heat exchangers and heat pump compressors. After determining the efficiency of compressors and pressure losses of heat exchangers, the ideal cycle is transformed into a real one. The parametric study expresses the influence of the refrigerant vapor superheat temperature, the condensate subcooling temperature and the corrugation angle on the heat exchangers on the resulting efficiency values of the heat pump system. The final part of the diploma thesis is devoted to the assessment of the entire design, description of the possibilities of energy supply by the compressor and indicates the simplifications that were made during the design and the subsequent calculation.
