Preparation of the implemantation of the rough superstructure of the office building Ypsilon

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to solve the technological stage of the rough top construction for the construction of an office building in the town of Šamorín. The construction system of the office building is a wall system, made of Porotherm blocks. The ceiling structures consist of monolithic reinforced concrete slabs. The content of the work is the preparation of a technological prescription for vertical and horizontal load-bearing structures, a technical report of the construction-technological project, a construction timetable for the specified technological stage, a site situation with broader transport relations, a construction organisation including a drawing of the site equipment, a budget for the rough top construction and an inspection and testing plan. Furthermore, the work deals with traffic routes to the site, occupational health and safety, the design of the machine assembly and a comparison of the design options for the horizontal structure.
