This master thesis is about simulation and modeling of electrical drives based on Bond Graph theory. In this thesis the basic theory of Bond graph is explained. Bond graph models of DC machine and synchronous machine are also introduced as well as the freeware bond graph library BG V2.1 for MATLAB-Simulink software. Both models have been created with this freeware library. In the last section there is a comparison of modeling based on Bond graph theory with block diagram modeling.
