This bachelor’s paper deals with the scanning of fundus using a fundus camera. It also contains the list of some retinal diseases which visibly appear on fundus. Moreover, every disease is illustrated with pictures showing the symptoms of the given disease. These pictures include separated RGB channel layers. Consequently, the pictures of fundus are filtrated by function created in MATLAB in order to make the symptoms as visible as possible.
