Agile Transformation at the Product and Team Levels

Agile approach to software development, which is becoming increasingly popular, is a key aspect of this transformation. Even Red Hat company is engaging in Agile Transformation, specifically focusing on the Red Hat OpenStack Platform product in this thesis. Evaluation of this product revealed deficiencies in Agility, leading to the development of a transformation plan involving the selection of a unified tool, definition of processes and methodologies, and creation of product-level planning. The implementation of this plan also manifested at~the~team level, gradually introducing new processes and tools, as well as Agile methodologies like Kanban. Team support and clear communication are crucial for successful transformation, bringing benefits such as a unified source of documentation, standardized processes, and improved predictability.
