Název bakalářské práce: Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta s diagnózou lumbální spinální stenóza Title of bachelor's thesis: Case study of physiotherapy treatment of patient with the lumbar spine stenosis Shrnutí: Tato práce se zabývá problematikou lumbální spinální stenózy. Obecná část obsahuje údaje o anatomické struktuře bederní páteře a její kineziologii, dále pak popisuje možné funkční a strukturální poruchy v této oblasti, z nichž je nejvíce prostoru věnováno právě lumbální spinální stenóze, jejímu vzniku, klinické manifestaci, diagnostice, léčbě a prevenci. Speciální část se zabývá popisem konkrétní kazuistiky pacienta s tímto onemocněním, popisuje jeho vyšetření, následnou fyzioterapeutickou péči a výsledky, kterých její pomocí bylo dosaženo. Léčba probíhala v Rehabilitačním ústavu Fakultní nemocnice Královské Vinohrady v Praze, trvala dva týdny, během kterých byl pacient zde hospitalizován a absolvoval 10 terapeutických jednotek. Title of bachelor's thesis: Case study of physiotherapy treatment of patient with the lumbar spine stenosis Summary: This thesis deals with issues that are related to lumbar spinal stenosis. The general part consists of lumbar spine anatomical structure and its kinesiology. Furthermore, it describes functional and structural disorders in this area. The biggest part describes the lumbar spine stenosis, its cause, clinical manifestation, diagnostics, treatment and prevention. An example of particular patient affected by this illness, his examination, physiotherapeutic treatment and results that were delivered by effective care is included in a special section. The therapy was teking its course in Institute of rehabilitation of Faculty hospital Královské Vinohrady in Prague. It took two weeks and it consists of 10 therapys. Analysis of the local marketing communication on the chosen company

The aim of my Master's Thesis is to analyse the local marketing communication of the Vodafone Czech Republic, a.s. company. I use current secondary information sources and primary resources are collected through in-depth interviews with specialists and a method of observation. My Master's Thesis starts from theoretical information on the issue, then it continues with practical findings and finally, I close up with a summary of the analysis and recommendations. I found out that the mobile telecommunications market offers a great potential for local marketing for both mobile service providers, as well as for other companies in the market. In the international Vodafone Group the marketing communication is directed mainly locally within the individual states, communication is unified and has the central character of the rules, but there are many local exceptions. In the Czech Republic, Vodafone has active, regionally based local marketing communications since the summer of 2010, but a local marketing potential is not fully utilized so far. Future trends in marketing suggest greater use of new technologies, mobile and online marketing. Local marketing will belong to the portfolio of a successful organisation.
