Use of Model Administrative Activities in Prevocational Assessment

This bachelor thesis deals with model activities, which are focused on administrative activities due to possible employment of people with disability. Occupational therapists perform model activities within prevocational assessment or occupational therapy to determine whether a test person has the abilities, knowledge and skills needed to perform a given type of job. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to compile a set of administrative model activities usable in occupational therapy for people with disability in productive age. It also describes the work of an administrative worker, including his working environment. A separate chapter summarizes the basic facts about prevocational assessment. Model activities that are an integral part of prevocational assessment are presented in more detail. The practical part describes how six administrative model activities were created, which were pilot tested on healthy individuals. The created model activities were subsequently applied to persons with disability within occupational therapy and also during prevocational assessment examination to verify their applicability in practice.
