Complex logistical support of civil protection in chosen communities
ZEZULOVÁ, Martina
The subject of this diploma thesis is complex logistical support of civil protection in chosen communities. The utmost importance of civil protection is obvious in light of recent crises such as the COVID-19 pandemic, flat in western Germany, or a tornado in South Moravia. This thesis is focused on the logistic system which was designed to reduce the negative impact of emergencies. The thesis aimed to describe the logistic of citizen protection in Brno and chosen municipalities in the Brno-venkov district. Part of this work was to evaluate the sufficiency of logistical support given the latest emergencies and those that can come in the future. The research is based on two surveys. The first questioner was designed for crisis managers of individual city districts and all municipalities with extended powers in the Brno-venkov district. The second questionnaire focused on the knowledge of the general public regarding self-protection in emergencies and crises. This study shows that logistical support of civil defense differs in individual municipalities and city districts. The collected data emphasize differences in civil protection powers between municipalities with extended powers and city districts. Data also shows various experiences of individual crisis managers. That said this study illustrates an efficient system of civil protection logistical support adjusted to the local needs. Results of the survey for the general public shows crisis awareness has increased during the Covid-19 pandemic. Nevertheless, according to the majority of respondents and results of the questionnaire, the public's general knowledge about this subject is insufficient. This thesis could serve to crisis management authorities as a comparison of logistical support of the civil defense in chosen municipalities with extended powers and city districts. In the meantime, this thesis could be used in educational institutions as a foundation for raising awareness about safety measures during emergencies.
The Street Name terminology in the town of Sušice
ŽEŽULOVÁ, Magdalena
The topic of my diploma thesis is the toponomastics of the street names in the southwest Bohemian town of Sušice. The aim is to analyze the development and motivation of naming the streets and squares of Sušice. Using the relevant archives, professional literature and journalistic material, I recorded the current and extinct names of the streets, their naming motivation and etymology. In addition to the mentioned sources, I applied the exploratory method, which took place in the form of interviews with local residents. Street names are arranged according to the town districts so that they follow each other logically. The information obtained is summarized in the conclusion.
Family Names, inherited Names and Nicknames in the village Tajanov
ŽEŽULOVÁ, Magdalena
The topic of this thesis is anthroponomastics of Tajanov a village in western Bohemia. The aim of thesis is to analyze the collected proper nouns. I analysed the surnames, the names after residence and the nicknames on the basis of specialised literature. I recieved the material for the analysis from the list of voters and from the almanac to the 700th anniversary of the establishment of the village. I also used the method of exploration and found out next important information by some conversations. All the surnames, the names after residence and the nicknames are divided in the research part of the work into categories according to various aspects. I summarised the statistical evaluation of the accumulated data.
Import of Mexican silver to the Czech republic
Zezulová, Marie ; Němečková, Iveta (advisor) ; Hinčica, Vít (referee)
The thesis called Import of Mexican silver to the Czech republic describes the process of importing silver from Mexico to the Czech republic, with focus on importing silver jewelry and description of related administrative steps. The main objective of this thesis is to confirm or disprove the hypothesis whether or not is it advantageous to import silver jewelry from Mexico to the Czech Republic for the purpose of sale. Partial objective is to calculate the price of silver products from Mexico after their importation to the Czech Republic, and to deduce whether this price compared to the price of silver jewelry sold in the Czech Republic provides an advantageous business opportunity and a chance for setting margins and cover operating costs. The thesis also describes the history of Mexican silver, informs about companies producing silver Mexico, silver mines and about export of various categories of silver from Mexico.
Processing of survey works in the selected locality as the basis for land consolidation project
ZEZULOVÁ, Martina
The thesis deals with the processing of exploratory work according to valid methodology in the cadastral area of Přídolí. It provides a list of all the information that is needed for further processing of land consolidation. In addition to the basic characteristics of natural and economic conditions in the area, major emphasis is put on the data acquisition and processing in the field of transport system, soil degradation, locations and state of all elements for control of soil erosion and territorial system of ecological stability, water supply conditions and landscape value. The processing of the obtained documents, field survey and territory analysis should be used to optimize the land consolidation process, especially common facilities planning.
Time-space activity of population in suburbs České Budějovice: geographic analysis
ZEZULOVÁ, Martina
The thesis is divided into 3 main parts. The first part is focused on theoretical introduction of time geography. It is also focused on development, concepts and applications. Theoretical part follows up the concept of suburbanization. In the second, methodical part, is explained the concept of the survey, selection of respondents and implementation of the questionnaire survey. Practical and last part is based on an analysis of data obtained using a questionnaire survey of population České Budějovice suburbs.
Study of bio-compatible materials using FTIR spectroscopy
Zezulová, M. ; Jelínek, Miroslav
Infrared (IR) spectroscopy is used for the measurement of absorption spectra of analyzed material in IR wavelength region. We studied TiO2 layers prepared by PLD (Pulsed Laser Deposition) method. We measured IR spectra in region 600-100 cm-1 and 4000-600 cm-1. During the measurement of samples with different accessories we found strong IR spectra in region 600-100 cm-1 on the samples exhibited brookite phase.
Study of biocompatible layers TiO.sub.2./sub./Si using FTIR spectroscopy
Zezulová, M. ; Remsa, Jan ; Jelínek, M.
There has been a great interest in research regarding titanium dioxide, especially in form of thin layers. One of the methods used to characterize this material is Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (FTIR). In this paper we report FTIR measurement results of TiO2 layers prepared by Pulsed Laser Deposition method. The layers were created on silicon (111) substrates (1x1 cm). FTIR spectrometer is based on absorption of infrared radiation and the interference process is implemented instead of classical dispersion method. This kind of spectrometer requires mathematical method of Fourier transform to gain classical spectral image. To see composition and crystalline structure the spectral region is frequently set to 600-100 cm-1. Around 50 samples were measured. Most samples were measured from different angles of incidence and with different setup (accessory). We were able to confirm different crystalline structure (anatase, rutile, and brookite)
