Altruism in economics

In this thesis I set up an alternative approach to the phenomenon of altruism. I point out current dominant economic approaches imperfections and presenting alternative approach to this phenomenon based on psychological motivation for altruistic behaviour. This approach attaches importance to social nature of man. It deals with altruism through relational goods which represent human relationship in economics. It allows to describe altruism and avoid dominant economical approaches imperfections. Social nature of man and Relational Goods are characterized by reciprocity in interpersonal relationships. That is an important part of common life, but it is unreachable with an individualist methodology of mainstream economics.

Analýza ventilačního zařízení z hlediska hluku

This diploma thesis deals with the basic theoretical overview of air-conditioning noise, the description of individual devices used in ventilation and active ventilation during storage of cereals. It also describes the possibilities of application of silencers for these devices. In the practical part, it focuses on the noise measurement in the post-harvest line and the design of appropriate noise measures to meet the under-noise levels.

Creditors payout from debtors operating income - Economic analysis

Insolvency act in force - Act 182/2006 Coll., represents disruptive chance in bankruptcy approach on corporation level. The most revolutionary change is possibility of company reorganization with no doubts. This thesis deals with economic rationality behind bankruptcy, mainly with economic rationality behind reorganization. The thesis is economic analysis of input for decision-making process whether debtor if proper candidate for restructuring and process of creditors payout from debtors operating income during reorganization. The thesis contains original qualitative research of sample of allowed reorganization aimed on comparison of theoretical finding with reality. Ventilation systems for agricultural buildings

Theoretical part of my bachelor thesis deals with the description of ventilation systems and their certain parts used in agricultural objects. Practical part focuses on the description of post harvest line and possibilities of its ventilation system. Description and alterations were made for post harvest line Pluhův Žďár. The thesis analysis the current filter system and its alteration. There are parameters of both filter systems compared and evaluated in conclusion.
