The Possibilities of Displacement Increase of 4C Zetor Engine

Diploma thesis aims on mechanical design of new concept of Zetor UŘ III engine with displacement increase and solves calculations of main and pin hydrodynamic bearings of crankshaft. Creo 2 CAD software is used for preparing mechanical design of this new concept. For computation and analysis of hydrodynamic bearings multibody model of crankshaft mechanism is used with flexible FEM model of crankshaft for solving dynamics of mechanism and performing hydrodynamic analysis of bearings in FEV Virtual Engine. Results of this diploma thesis demonstrate the feasibility of new concept of engine and serve as a basis for next engineering tasks before realization of concept.

This work is professional research and addresses the issues of working surfaces of cylinders of internal combustion engines. It describes the technologies and concepts that are applied in the production of internal combustion engines currently. The characteristics of each of these technologies provides a description of the production process, finishing and the most common applications. Furthermore, the properties, structure, and achieved surface roughness created by these technologies are available.

The main aim of this diploma thesis is to determine the radius of rotation of selected tractors (Zetor Forterra 140 HSX, Zetor Proxima 120 Power and Zetor 7745 Turbo) on three different types of surfaces using different speeds. The literary part deals briefly with the importance and historical development of tractors, the basic knowledge of traction theory, the problems of forces acting on the rolling wheel, and last but not least the construction of the tractor parts. The practical part is mainly focused on determining the radii of rotation of individual tractors on three specified types of surfaces using the three given speeds. The discussion is mainly focused on comparing the radii of rotation meeting ČSN 30 0552 with the radii given by the tractor manufacturer.

The main aim of this thesis is to determine noise levels at a certain distance from individual machines of haylage line and working place of operator. While the literary part of the thesis is mainly focused on current technology and a technique used in harvesting of roughage and familiarization with the problems of noise. Practical part of the thesis is focused on characteristics of observed haylage line, measurement of noise levels at a certain distance and in working place of operator with simultaneous calculation of equivalent noise levels. The Final part focuses on evaluating of monitored machines under applicable legislation and comparison of measured and calculated values between different sets of haylage line.
Analýza biodegradability plastových materiálů v laboratorních a reálných podmínkách kompostování

This thesis is focused on biodegradable or compostable plastics. Focuses on their pro-perties and uses. The work also clarifies the concept of biodegradable and compostable plastic. The work also describes the process of composting and concepts associated with it. Finally, there are several chapters devoted to the normative environment that relates to biodegradable plastics in the thesis. There are connected researches concerning the verification of the degree of degra-dation of plastics known as compostable, biodegradable and 100% compostable, in the last few chapters. There were conducted simultaneously two experiments of disintegration selected samples of biodegradable plastics. The tests of disintegration in the laboratory and in real conditions of composting were founded in March 2014 for a period of three months. There was founded a phytotoxicity test after the expiry of the time allotted in the laboratory. In a real conditions the study time was increased to 12 months. After evaluating and comparing the results of both tests disintegration may be allowed the use of biodegradable plastics in composting under controlled condi-tions. Conversely, in real conditions of home composting these plastics can not be re-commended, does not decompose.
