Storyous expansion into foreign markets

The work relates to the company Storyous expansion into foreign markets. The aim is to select the appropriate market or markets for expansion, as follows. In the beginning we determine a theoretical basis which will help us in the practical part. From among the 21 countries in the world based on a scoring method we determine the three countries, to be conducted by PEST analysis and Porter's five forces model. We characterize the company Storyous and develop a marketing mix. Finally, we will recommend suitable markets for foreign expansion of the company Storyous.

First part of this thesis is focused on the history of the organization, the structure and the member states. Security and the influence of the organization on security in Central Asia represent the second part. In the final part the economic cooperation ot the members is depicted.
