Biologie, rozšíření a způsoby regulace Křídlatky {Reynoutria sp.}
VRBOVÁ, Jana
In my diploma thesis I deal with an invasive species of plants of the genus knotweed, the distribution of species and the possibilities of regulation in the area of interest. The work is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part describes plant invasions, invasive species, basic characteristics and distribution of plants of the genus knotweed. Other negative impacts of plant invasions, costs of combating invasive species, methods of vegetation regulation are also mentioned. The practical part describes the actual monitoring of the area of interest, identified and measured localities, the possibility of regulating the winged vegetation in the area of interest and a comparison with the results of mapping the winged vegetation in the same area of interest, carried out in 1999.
Possibilities of utilization of knotweed plants ( genus \kur{(Reynoutria)}
VRBOVÁ, Jana
In my bachelor thesis I deal with a summary of information about the possibilities of treatment of invasive plants of the genus Knotweed and the possibilities of using these plants in the Czech Republic. The thesis is divided into several parts. In the first part, I deal with detailed characteristics of specific plants of the genus Knotweed in the Czech Republic, including taxonomic classification and extension. In the next part I deal with ways of using plants of the genus Knotweed in several sectors and possibilities of cultivation and processing. In conclusion, I suggest possibilities of elimination and liquidation of wild knotweed with subsequent useful and effective use of the large amount of phytomass that the plants provide.

Prošvic, Jan ; Scholleová, Hana (advisor) ; Vrbová, Jana (referee)
The goal of this diploma thesis is determination of the value of the company Fatra a.s. to the date 30. 4. 2015. First, the strategic analysis was performed, after that financial analysis and SWOT analysis were done. On the base of the previous parts, generators of the value were described. The generators were used to create the financial plan for the period 2014 - 2018. Valuation methods calculated in the thesis are DCF in FCFF form, DCF in EVA form and method of comparable companies. At the end of the thesis, there is a discussion about the most appropriate valuation method for this particular case.
Value generation and management in retail/whole chains
Vrbová, Jana ; Kislingerová, Eva (advisor) ; Čapoun, Karel (referee) ; Pernica, Petr (referee)
Thesis ?Value generation and management in retail/whole chains? was started with intention to offer enhanced theoretical basis for research in this area, that is still represented insufficiently in comparison to importance of retail/whole chains in whole economy. Additionally the practical inconsistency between trading rules demostrated to customers and trading partners of chains (including visible behaviour of chains) and value driving variables bears interest. The thesis targets following: search and indication of potential value drivers (value affecting variables) of retail/wholesale chains description of such value affecting variables, testing of relevance of such value affecting variables synthesis of description and relevance (importance) gives recommendations and measures for value creation in these chains Based on analysis of external conditions and internal sources were identified following value generating areas: strategy of retail/wholesale chain growing from internal source of competitive advantage ? strategical differentiation, issue of expansion (understood both as strategical variable - potential competitive advantage, and external threat of concentration value creating variables of core business of retail/wholesale chain: price strategy managing of liquidity stabilization of operating profit in condition of fluctuation sales
The scholastic cheating of early adolescents: from exploratory research towards a structural model. A pilot study.
VRBOVÁ, Jana
The aim of this work is to investigate, which behaviour at school is perceived by early adolescents (age average 14-16 years) as cheating, whether it is possible to classify this behaviour into specific types (factors) and whether these can be linked with individual student variables (sex, GPA, number of missed classes, student goal orientation, worry, self-efficacy, and achievement value), as well as with the contextual variables (parents goal orientation, teachers goal orientation, satisfaction with the school, neutralization, peer cheating behaviour, and cheating punishment). The obtained data were statistically evaluated (N = 401). Using exploratory factor analysis based on students self-reporting the frequency of the behaviour classified as cheating, two types of dishonest behaviour were extracted: cheating (copying, hinting) and falsification (forgery of signatures, absences). Two student factors, school approach (motivation) and to school avoidance (amotivation) orientation, and two context factors, teachers and parents goal orientation, were extracted as predictors of cheating. Results showed that neither parents nor cheating punishment had significant influence on cheating and falsification. The structural model confirmed that a positive relationship with teachers goal orientation and GPA had the highest influence on falsification. Student avoidance to school, student approach to school, and teachers goal orientation had the highest influence on cheating. Cheating and falsification were well correlated. The values of regression coefficients remained similar after removing the parent factor from the model. The structural equation model explaining the relationship of latent endogenous cheating and falsification variables with the three latent exogenous variables (avoidance to school, approach to school and teachers goal orientation) and the three manifest variables (sex, GPA and peer cheating behaviour), fitted the data well. The model explained 42% of cheating variance and 39% of falsification variance
Problems experimentation with drugs on primary schools and primary schools practical
VRBOVÁ, Jana
Drug taking brings a many complications for whole society - not only in health district but also in social and economics. The purpose of this work was charting and regarting theoretic knowledges in dope problematic of pupils in primary schools and primary practical schools and find out which group is more in danger. In solving of drug problematic I am taking accound most important very qualitative drug prevention as in families as in effective preventative programmes, good work of pedagogues and in enough of out of school activities for impletion of free time puppy fat.
