Reconstruction of the Opava západ - Skrochovice line section on the Ostrava-Svinov - Krnov railway track

This thesis deals with design of reconstruction of the railway line situated between the railway station Opava západ and the railway station Skrochovice. The section starts at km 107.3 and ends at km 111.78 inconnection to a switch no. 30 in the railway station Opava západ. The aim of this work is to design geometrical parameters of the track with examining the possibility of increasing the line speed, reconstruction of the railway superstructure and substructure, restoration of drainage and work technology. The thesis also includes bills of quantities and design for modifications of the platform in Vávrovice stop.

The Czech National Bank, its Role and Activities In my Diploma Theses I would like to discuss the role and position of the Czech Central Bank. My theses is formally divided into five chapters, these chapters are divided into subchapters and sections. The purpose of this structure is for the theses to be complex and easy to work with. The first chapter, called "History and Origin/Formation of The Central Banking System", surveys the history of central banking system in this area since the beginning of the 19th century till 1993, when the Act No. 6/1993 Sb. about the Czech National Bank came into force in a word of later regulations. In the second chapter I am discussing various banking systems, focusing on the basic one-stage and two-stage classification. The third and fundamental chapter is called "The Role and Activity of The Czech National Bank." It consists of four subchapters, of which the first three -"The Central Banking System in the Czech Republic according to the actual legal regulations", "Constitution" and "Act on The Czech National Bank" should clear up the legal principles, basic determination and position of the Czech National Bank. The aim of this master thesis is preparation and processing of input information for variable rate application of fertilizers in precision agriculture. , evaluation of the results of soil sampling, creation of continuous maps using interpolation methods and then developement of fertilization plans. The methodology of work consist of taking samples of soil in the autumn period by sampling equipment. Six variants of data interpretation were compared and evaluated by statistical methods. The results shown that most promising variant is the fertilization using interpretation by balance coefficien.

Analysis of investment project and its impact on the effectiveness of the company.

The joint-stock company Pila Pasák, a.s., which is one of the leading woodworking companies in South Bohemia, was selected for the thesis. The first step was to understand the nature of investment decisions in the context of a literature review. Subsequently, on all the theoretical knowledge was created appropriate methodology for the practical part of the thesis. In first step in the practical part is introduced the company together with the investment project. Subsequently, was created financial analysis evaluation of the initial financial and economic condition of the company for the period of 2006 - 2012. Using internal data then determined budget costs and revenue of the investment project in 2014 - 2022. At these initial data were expressed as the future cash flows of the investment project, which was discounted by average cost of capital. Evaluation of the effectiveness of the investment project was done by using revenue methods. Evaluation of the future impact on the effectiveness of the company was planned complete financial statements for 2014 - 2019. The final evaluation decided about acceptance the investment project and it showed positive impact on the business. It was evaluated by using financial analysis and by economic value added.

Classical and modern methods of money laundering

Money laundering is the process where money from illegal activities are transformed into legal money. Those washed money help people who are engaged in illegal activities. And this is why money laundering is considered a crime. In my thesis I try to explain the concept of money laundering, how this process goes on and its most considerable parts. I also try to mention indicators that could be linked to money laundering. Of course, this work also puts stress on control, measures against money laundering (particularly in the Czech Republic) and gives us a brief description of some offices, which are also engaged in the problem. This work contains other possible methods, which could in my view be used in the process of money laundering. However, considering the broadness of the topic of money laundering at present and the continuous development of new techniques every day, this work represents just an outline of the basic issues.
