Vorotnikov, Kirill ; Štěpánek, Petr (advisor) ; Neděla, Radek (referee)
The aim of this thesis is to discuss the possible ways of assessing public procurement projects according to the present legal framework. The subject of the query is, whether it is more profitable and efficient to assess the projects on the grounds of lowest price or total economical profitability. Firstly I am focusing on the current legislation, especially its text and interpretation. Next topic of discussion is the upcoming legal regulation and some of its presumed consequences. The last part is dedicated to an analysis of a sample, with a focus on award criteria.
