Microcontroller based system for acquiring and transfer of static picture
Vladař, Martin ; Kaczmarczyk, Václav (referee) ; Bradáč, Zdeněk (advisor)
This thesis deals with the transmission of still images from the CCD camera at extremely limited communication data flow. The base system consists of a microprocessor, which communicates with the peripherals mostly via the serial interface. The image is obtained by PC program for Microsoft Windows that can capture color images and grayscale images. A defect of the system is as expected slow serial line.
Meassuring system for building constructions
Vladař, Martin ; Franek, Lešek (referee) ; Bradáč, Zdeněk (advisor)
This thesis deals with the measurement of physical quantities in building using decentralized system for data collecting. The system consists of Raspberry Pi as a master device of the system. There are three branches connected to this master device. Each branch consists of up to 32 modules for data-concentration from sensors of physical quantities. The Raspberry Pi has implemented web interface for displaying measured values and system administration.
Analytical determination of active compounds by liquid chromatography V.
Vladař, Martin ; Sochor, Jaroslav (advisor) ; Pilařová, Pavla (referee)
ANALYTICAL DETERMINATION OF ACTIVE COMPOUNDS BY LIQUID CHROMATOGAPHY V. Diploma Thesis Martin Vladař Charles University in Prague, Faculty of Pharmacy in Hradec Kralove, Department of Pharmaceutical Chemistry and Drug Control, Heyrovského 1203, Hradec Králové This paper focused on determining of ibuprofen in plasma using off-line coupling solid phase microextraction (SPME) and high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). For microextraction was used fiber coated with PDMS-DVB. The pH of mobile phase and the samples were adjusted to 3. Microextraction was composed of 30 min sorption and 20 min desorption to 250 ml of methanol. The mobile phase was methanol:water (75:25, v/v), column C18, flow rate was 1.2 ml / min. Evaluation was carried out at 222 nm. The influence on microextraction yield was examined on these conditions: concentration of ibuprofen in the sample, salting out, dilution of sample and multiple microextraction. Naproxen was chosen as internal standard. Using internal standard a calibration line was constructed and it was tested by model samples. Detection and quantification limits were determined for ibuprofen and naproxen.
