An attempt to newly codify civil law in Czechoslovakia before the Second World War This master's thesis explores the attempt to create a new codification of civil law in the Czechoslovak Republic before World War II. First and foremost, the thesis provides an overview of the historical context, serving as the foundation for the reformation of civil law. It does so by examining the existing regulations of civil law in Cisleithania and Transleithania, including their progressive amendments. From the outset, the thesis attempts to outline the willingness, or rather openness, of the legal community to potential changes, primarily within the ABGB. Emphasis is placed on the need to unify regulations in the newly formed republic, which faced various civil law regulations, known as legal dualism or trialism. It was equally essential to adapt civil law to modern societal and economic needs. Furthermore, the thesis explores various possible forms of codification and legal unification, ranging from a mild revision of the ABGB to the creation of an entirely new legal code. The thesis also describes and evaluates the intended approaches to legal unification, introducing the role of the Ministry of Unification for this purpose. Power line transfer function generator

This bachelor's thesis deals with data communication over powerline (PLC). It describes the PLC technology, its basic division, the current opportunity to use, the sources of interference and the types of modulation. It analyzes the basic parameters of transmission line by means of which it is possible to create the equivalent transmission line model in two different ways either the mathematical model with multipath propagation or by using two-port with cascade parameters. The practical part contains measurement transfer function on different topologies. The measured values are compared with the numerical models. Furthermore, the transfer function generator was created which simulates the properties real distribution network.

House with motoservis

The project processes technical documentation of a detached family house with motoservis in the newly pulled over territory. The building i located in Lysá nad Labem. The building has two floors and no basement. In the first floor there is the workshop – motoservis for the homeover. The house has a garage with parking for one car. The house is based on the underlying strip of plain concrete and walled building sytem Porotherm. The roof of the second floor is shed with a slope of 10%. Roofing is skived metal. The roof of the first floor is designed as a flat with minimum slope 3%. It is designed for walking.

Proposal for Processes Improvement of the Shared Service Center

This thesis deals with a proposal for processes improvement of the Shared Service Center. In the first part are described teoretical bases which are used for next analysis and proposal. In the analytical part, there is mapped the process in accounting department in account payable domain and identification of problematical parts of process. Based on analysis of outputs, there is proposed the project for implementation and its evaluation.
