Optimizing the Delivery Process at the E-shop Branch
Illek, Adam ; Juřica, Pavel (referee) ; Videcká, Zdeňka (advisor)
The subject of the thesis is to find a way to optimize the checkout process at a branch of an online store. By means of process analysis, graphic design of the branch and warehouse layout and analysis of primary and secondary data, a proposal was developed after their subsequent evaluation, which should streamline the checkout process and thus reduce the values of the monitored process metrics.
Design of Product Specification Support in the Information System
Černoušková, Klára ; Nisler, Stanislav (referee) ; Videcká, Zdeňka (advisor)
The thesis deals with the design of product specification support for a model enterprise, which is part of the training centre in the Business Process Management Laboratory at the Faculty of Business. Based on the analysis of the process management curriculum and the equipment of the LAPROCO laboratory, proposals for the model enterprise are made. The aim of the designs is to create support for the specification of the products of the model enterprise in the form of a configurator, and the processes associated with it.
Paint shop Process Improvement through Predictive Simulation
Machačová, Simona ; Hromková, Ivana (referee) ; Videcká, Zdeňka (advisor)
This thesis focuses on the use of simulation to optimise processes in a paint shop. The aim of the thesis is to analyse the existing production processes and suggest improvements using simulation. In the analytical part of the thesis, the processes in the paint shop are described in detail and Petri nets are used to describe the logic of the processes in the paint shop. In the design part of the thesis, the problem and objectives are formulated, and the design of the simulation model is presented. The design describes the elements and methods used in the Plant Simulation software in which the model is created. Furthermore, different scenarios are simulated to optimize the painting process and the deposition areas. The simulation results are compared with the actual state of the paint shop. Finally, the results are discussed and recommendations are proposed to optimize the paint shop processes using simulation. This work presents new approaches to process optimization in industrial manufacturing.
Product Innovation Using CAE and Additive production
Bočková, Pavla ; Videcká, Zdeňka (referee) ; Vyroubal, Petr (advisor)
This bachelor thesis is focused on the design and construction of an innovated shape of the clamping mechanism of the one-handed dumbbell. The clamping mechanism model and other parts of the dumbbell are modelled using the parametric modeler called SolidWorks. The resulting model is printed on the Ultimaker 2+ 3D printer using the Fused Depositionion Modeling method. The thesis also includes the introduction of selected CAx systems, the characteristics of Rapid Prototyping as well as the FDM method and materials used. The end of the thesis is completed by the technical economic evaluation of the production of the proposed prototype of a one-handed dumbbell.
Process Optimization Project to implement an Integrated Management System
Moravcová, Gabriela ; Milichovský, Miloš (referee) ; Videcká, Zdeňka (advisor)
First part is an introduction into this thema, followed with second part, which clarifies (describes) the whole process from receiving the demand through part development till serial production approval. Third part describes the claim procedure, including all methods, used for solving the problems and followed with short analyse of production centres activities and sorting the claims by causer. All claims are given factors, which may cause claim occurence. Every factor is given by specific importance (weight) and the achieved data are evaluated. In final part I suggest the corrective actions.
Company Processes Optimization
Lindovská, Kristýna ; Rybář, Jiří (referee) ; Videcká, Zdeňka (advisor)
The diploma thesis is focused on optimization of working processes in Witzenmann Opava by using Value Stream Map. The aim of the thesis is on a basis current status of value stram propose to suitable actions and draw them into new value stream map. The thesis is devided into three parts – theoretical, analytical and proposal part. In the first part of the thesis are compiled theoretical knowledge about lean management sphere, tools for elimination of wastings and theory about mapping value stream by using VSM. Analytical part is deal with characterictic of company Witzenmann Opava, its internal and external factors of developments and implementation of lean production. In this part there is also characteristic of choosed product. Proposal part is deal with value stream analysis of choosed product and specific actions to reduce wasting and getting production more effective with the help of lean production methods.
Development of Information System for Technical Services and Street Maintenance
Junek, Martin ; Holeksa, Zbyhněv (referee) ; Videcká, Zdeňka (advisor)
This work is abot the informatics technologies created for business with lot of cars, technical services and road services. Their watching, control and creating economicals outputs needed from their using.
The Proposal of Electrical Maintenance Downtime Elimination
Novotný, František ; Pacas, Radek (referee) ; Videcká, Zdeňka (advisor)
This thesis is focused on description, analysis and minimization of downtime periods related to electricity maintenance activities. In theoretical part various kinds of wasting are described, which can happen during the work of electrician. In the plant Ventily the most faulty machines were found out from analysis of records and appropriate solutions were proposed. In addition to this consecutive company profits were evaluated.
Design of a Production Planning Support in the Information System
Slámová, Aneta ; Kurucová, Šárka (referee) ; Videcká, Zdeňka (advisor)
The topic of my bachelor thesis is the proposal of production planning support in the information system of the company SIK METAL s.r.o. with the focus on software support of processes. It deals with the creation of a proposal to improve the production planning with the support of the company information system, based on the analysis of the current state of production management in the given company and their evaluation. The first part contains the theoretical background for my work. The second, analytical part, deals with the introduction of the company SIK METAL, s.r.o. and the analysis of the chosen processes in the company. The third part contains my own proposal of production planning support in the information system of the company together with the actual evaluation of the proposal.
Proposal to Reduce Number of Nonconformities using Quality Tools
Vondruška, Jiří ; Cinková, Martina (referee) ; Videcká, Zdeňka (advisor)
The thesis is focused on reducing number of nonconformities using quality tools in the company engaged in dyeing and finishing of textile materials. The aim is a proposal of nonconformities management system. Based on analysis of the current method solving nonconformities are designed registration processes of internal nonconformities and complaints, which are followed by evaluation of nonconformities. The proposal will result in a systematic approach in solving of nonconformities.
