The objective of the bachelor’s thesis is analysis and consequential assessment of the marketing strategy and the way how the e-shop Petra computer s.r.o. is managed and organised. The final outcome is a proposal for this company how to find and improve marketing strategy and how to run e-shop more effectively. In the first part, there is elaborated an analysis of the present condition of the company Petra computer s.r.o. In the second part, there are specified and defined theoretical facts concerning to e-commerce and marketing tools. The third part contains an effective proposal which is going to help the company Petra computer s.r.o. to improve and better promote itself on the marketplace.

Táto diplomová práca je zameraná na analýzu a následné vyhodnotenie trhu v Juhovýchodnej Európe z hžadiska potenciálu a možnosti budúceho investovania a pôsobenia firmy Aspen Aerogels v tomto regióne. Firma Aspen Aerogels má vedúce postavenie vo vývoji a výrobe materiálov pracujúcich na báze nanotechnológie známe ako aerogely s unikátnymi vlastnosťami. Prvá časť diplomovej práce je zameraná na popis teoretickej problematiky, ktorá rieši otázky marketingu, analýzy trhu a internacionalizácie. V druhej časti je kladený dôraz na praktickú analýzu firmy a prostredia. Posledná časť je zameraná na celkové vyhodnotenie potenciálu Balkánskeho trhu a autorove odporúčania, či je Balkánsky trh vhodný na vstup pre firmu Aspen Aerogels a aká marketingová stratégia je vhodná.

The main objective of master’s thesis is to analyze the European market as a potential market for the expansion of Hamacas RGV. This Colombian company is focused on production of hand-made traditional high-quality products for example hammocks. In the first part are introduced basic theoretical concepts and marketing analyses which are crucial when planning the expansion strategy. Second part starts with the company’s overall overview and continues with analyses of conditions of external and internal European environment as a potential market for Hamacas RGV expansion in the future. The conclusion is made at the end with the recommendations which are built on examined analyses.
