Financing of Business Activities
Vojta, Petr ; Ptáček, Roman (referee) ; Heralecký, Tomáš (advisor)
This bachelor's thesis is focused on financing of bussines activities, specifically the financing of a machine that will subsequently be used in the production of a selected company. In the first, theoretical part, thesis deals with financing options and methods of financial analysis of financial state of the company. In the second, practical part, knowledge from the theoretical part is used to perform individual analyses. Subsequently, the most suitable financing option is selected.
Vliv nasycení kyslíku ve vodě na efektivitu intenzivního chovu candáta obecného (Sander lucioperca) v recirkulačním akvakulturním systému
VOJTA, Petr
This thesis deals with an issue of Zander (Sander lucioperca) production in a recirculating aquaculture system RAS in different oxygen rates (50-80% O-, 80-110% Os and O+ 110-150%). Zander weighted W=22,98?15g was planted into two identical recirculating systems with different water temperature. SGR, FCR and FC of survival and general health condition of kept fish in hematology, biochemistry as well as stress indicators were evaluated. The results proved a negative influence of hypoxia (50-80%) on the food reception, growth and general survival of experimental fish kept in this environment in both the recirculating systems with water temperature 20 and 23°C. In the group O- kept in RAS 20°C, higher coefficient of FCR=1,11 was proved in comparison with group O (normoxia) and group O+ (hyperoxia), where no significant difference (p0,05) was recorded. The health condition showed a significant difference (p0,05) of O group in comparison with group O+ and O in RAS 20°C during the TBARS evaluation (brain, gills, muscle), assessing SOD in liver, and GPx (brain and muscle). By determining the HSI, SSI and VSI indexes, the significant differences (p0,05) of HSI and VSI for O+ and O groups in comparison with O- were proved.
Sequence analysis of SIX homeobox family in Craspedacusta sowerbyi
Vojta, Petr ; Pačes, Jan (advisor) ; Král, Jiří (referee)
Homeobox genes are generally known as key factors directing processes during the morphogenesis of organ systems. Recently, research of homeobox genes evolution has focused on evolutionary old groups of species, such as Cnidarians. ln Cnidarians, there are more homeobox genes compared with more complex organism, such as fruit flies. Several homeobox genes have also been described in plants and fungi. General opinion is that homeobox genes are a very old group of genes, originating even before the main kingdoms of multicellular organisms. Six homeobox genes that have been identified as homologues of Drosophila sine oculis, an important factor for compound-eye formation, take part in numerous developmental processes directed by the PAX-SIX-EYA signal pathway. ln Vertebratae, as representatives of Deuterostomes, there are six genes in three sub groups, whereas in Drosophila melanogaster, as a representative of Protostomes, three homologues have been described, always one for each subgroup. The ancestral six genes diverged even before the divergence of groups Bilateralia and Cnidaria. ln freshwater jellyfish Craspedacusta sowerbyi we distinguished both HD and SD regions for five SIX proteins. Four of these six genes of Craspedacusta sowerbyi belong to the established Six groups (Sixl/2, Six3/6 a Six4/5), where...
The use of technical analysis on the financial market
VOJTA, Petr
Successful investors use technical analysis to make money on the financial market. Presentation explains the uses of technical analysis and theories deployed in trading on the financial market. The main aim is to show advantages, disadvantages and suitability of these strategies. All of this is done by using technical indicators, risk and money management used to protect traders from losses and backtested on historical data. An effective use of technical analysis presupposes that course changes are not random but follow a specific trend which change in time. The aim is to build an automatic trading strategy based on technical analysis following technical indicators. Correctly used technical analysis helps traders to predict trends as well as trend changes before they happen and to use this method for reaching exceptional returns. Strategy setting is based on oscillator Parabolic SAR with special setting values. The strategy was applied on EUR/USD currency pair and four hour time frame (H4 graph). Strategy was tested on historical data and optimized with added money management. Finally backtested on historical data and reached every tested year profit. Absolute net reached profit in years 2016, 2017, 2018 was 17 844USD, which represents 178 % account evaluation.
Study of genome and transcriptome variability employing data processing from massive parallel DNA sequencing.
Vojta, Petr ; Hajdúch, Marián (advisor) ; Budinská, Eva (referee) ; Mokrejš, Martin (referee)
Massive parallel sequencing (MPS) data analysis tasks are often computationally demanding and their execution time would take too long using standard computing machines. Thus there is a need for parallelization of this tasks and ability to execute them on a sufficiently powerful computing machines. In the first chapter we describe a newly created platform for resequencing analysis of MPS data - MOLDIMED and novel annotation tool, which is ready to deploy on HPC infrastructure. The second chapter describes MPS approaches in Diamond-Blackfan anaemia (DBA), which is predominantly underlined by mutations in genes encoding ribosomal proteins (RP); however, its etiology remains unexplained in approximately 25% of patients. We performed panel sequencing of all ribosomal genes in DBA patient without previously known molecular pathology. A novel heterozygous RPS7 mutation coding RPS7 p.V134F was found in one female patient and subsequently confirmed in two asymptomatic family members, in whom mild anemia were detected on further examination. Subsequently, we performed whole transcriptome analysis in all family members and patient with RPS7 mutation in comparison with healthy control group and with DBA patients with known mutation in RPS19. We observed dysregulation mainly in signal pathways of translation,...
