Motivation as a leadership

This bachelor thesis deals with the topic of Motivation as a leadership. The theoretical part describes the given issue and defines individual terms related to management and motivation. The motivational theories of modern management and the functioning of motivation in company practices are also included in this part. The practical part comprises of my own research which consists of structured interviews with individual managers. The main goal is to determine the importance of motivational processes in leading people and the importance of using motivational stimulus from the managers' point of view. Five managers from one company are inquired about this topic. The participants are asked twelve questions concerning given issues. In conclusion opinions of individual participants of the research are evaluated and compared.
