Kindergarten Říčany

The aim of this Master's thesis is to prepare project documentation for the building permit of a kindergarten with near-zero energy consumption. The thesis consists of three parts. The first part includes architectural and structural designs. The kindergarten is a detached single-storey building with flat green roof. Its designed capacity is 40 children in two sections. The building will have concrete strip foundations, ceramic masonry walls and reinforced concrete roof slabs. The facade will be ventilated with cladding made of fiber-cement panels. The second part deals with the design of building services and the assessment of the building energy performance. The building will ulitize air water heat pumps for space and domestic hot water heating, mechanical ventilation with heat recovery for air supply, and photovoltaic plant will partially cover its electricity consumption. Lighting and a rainwater management system have been designed too. The building will use LED lighting and rainwater will be used for watering green areas and flushing toilets. The final part of the thesis involves multi-criteria evaluation of the building SBToolCZ methodology. Environmental criteria, social criteria, location, economy, and management were assessed. For a better assessment of the building were designed a green roof, ventilated facade, energy-efficient renewable sources, partially environmentally friendly materials, electric vehicle charging stations, and so on.

The subject of this bachelor thesis is project documentation for the new construction of an apartment building in Domašov u Brna. It is a partially basement building with three floors. In the basement there is a common recreation area, technical rooms and cellars of individual housing units. On the first floor there are two apartments with a size of 3 + 1 and one apartment with a size of 2 + 1. These apartments are complemented by an outdoor terrace with a front garden. In the rest of this floor there is a cleaning room, a common room and a bicycle shed. The second floor is similar to the first, but instead of common areas there is one more 2 + 1 apartment. The apartments on the second floor are complemented by balconies. On the third floor there are two apartments 4 + kk and they are complemented by terraces situated to the west. It is a brick building made of THERM ceramic blocks. The construction system is mixed and based on foundations strips. Ceiling structures are designed as monolithic ceiling slabs. The roofing is designed as a single-skin flat roof structure. The building is also equipped with an elevator and wheelchair access. In front of the building there are twenty-four outdoor parking spaces, one of them is for people with reduced mobility. Access to the building is possible through paved areas. The whole building is insulated with the ETICS system. Facade colors are designed in shades of white and gray with anthracite fillings of openings.
