Enhancing qualification of employees and their motivation to improve working activities in business

The name of this Bachelor´s Thesis is Enhancing qualification of employees and their motivation to augment the effect of work results in business. Its theoretical part defines terms such as human resources, education in business, qualification, competence and motivation all of which were processes along with usage of professional literature. The content of practical part concerns both the innate questionaire for which the emploees of Czech Business Bank were addressed and the concise introduction of Czech Business Bank. Result analyses evaluate questionaires and show not only the degree of employees´ satisfaction with the educational system, but also the motivation of the employer. The final part of the Thesis is focused on recommendation how to improve the contemporary situation.
Use of social network Facebook as an educational resource in the teaching

The objective of the bachelor thesis is to introduce the social network Facebook in the educational and training process and to indicate specific procedures for teaching of the subject Information and Communication technologies. The theoretical part defines the terms such as didactics of technical subjects, educational and training objectives, teaching forms and methods, as well as history and types of social networks with particular emphasis on the social network Facebook. The practical part is divided into several subsections. The introduction describes specific procedures for the use of the social network Facebook in the subject of Information and Communication technologies. The following part contains the survey on satisfaction with using Facebook in teaching conducted with the technical-vocational secondary school students and individual interviews with the teachers providing their position to the use of Facebook when teaching. Partial modifications have been recommended based on the lessons learned which should make the achieving of educational and training objectives easier when using Facebook.
Activities of nonprofit organizations focused on education

The goal of this final bachelor s work is to map the position of public libraries (as significant representatives of non-profit organisation) and their activities in adult education. The theoretical part deals with the need of lifelong learning in contemporary society, introduces documents that belong to the base of work domain of public libraries and the concepts of public libraries for the next period. It zooms in on the current activities of libraries in adult education, options for different activities in libraries in adult education in contemporary society. The practical part focuses on Municipal Library of Prague and its educational activities for adults. Possibilities of disabled people to participate on labor market in selected region

Bachelor thesis is focused on the possibilities of persons with disabilities in the labor market region of Townsville. It is an analysis of the views of primary school pupils practical and convenient two-year schools and their teachers. The aim of this work was based on the mapping of the labor market in selected region and acquired information to find out what are the possibilities of these people and whether their parties interested in other applications. The work is divided into two parts. The theoretical part deals with the introduction and explanation of terms related to the issue. The practical part addresses the analysis of the situation of persons with disabilities through individual in-depth interviews. Based on the information they are designed own recommendations for improving the situation of these people in the labor market in the region
The use of didactic tools in the teaching of vocational subjects

The aim of the thesis The use of didactic tools in the teaching of vocational subjects was to propose teaching aids and appropriate methods of their application in teaching vocational subjects on the basis of analyzing students' needs. The theoretical part is focused on gathering the necessary knowledge related to the issues in question, studying available professional literature and texts. At the beginning of the practical part the place where the questionnaire survey was carried out is described, followed by a detailed analysis of the results achieved complemented with a commentary. It has been discovered that the use of teaching aids at the school selected is effective and the teachers there are technically proficient and have a command of various kinds of educational technology. Based on the information gathered, it has been proposed to acquire a new driving simulator, another interactive whiteboard, to consider the possibility of using a voting system and teaching aids created by the author have been also presented.
A leisure educational program for seniors in selected organization

The bachelor's thesis Leisure educational programme for seniors in selected organization is focused on creation of new educational programme for given segment. The theoretical part takes a deal with important concepts of the field of older adults education. It defines senior at first, then ageing process and its specific signs, leisure time and lifestyle. Education of seniors is described at the end of the theoretical part. In the practical part there are analysis of the supply of the existing leisure educational projects or programmes for seniors and questionnaire exploration of group of seniors. The results are summarized in tables with comments. The main part of the practical part is the new leisure educational programme on the basis of the questionnaire and analysis.

The main aim of Bachelor thesis "Employees' opinions on chosen factors from a selected organization" was, on the basis of a questionnaire survey, to analyse employees' opinions from a selected organization on chosen motivation factors and to suggest a solution, which would lead to their improvement or more effective use. The aim of the theoretical part was to collect and specify chosen terms from the field of motivation of employees. The main method used in the practical part was a questionnaire survey, according to which suggestions were given by using analysis and sythesis. In the theoretical part a method of comparing information from available and relevant literary sources was used.
Financial literacy and its application in practice

The bachelor thesis "Financial Literacy and Its Use in Practice" focuses increasingly topical issues and it is aimed at secondary school students. In theoretical section the reader is familiar with related terms on the topic. Such as financial literacy, financial literacy teaching is characterized by most important banking products in secondary schools. Especially loans, introduced non-banking company, given the consequences of loan defaults etc. In practical section questionnaire was used at two different secondary schools in the same city. The questionnaire focused on knowledge of students in financial management. Fields of education were identical at both schools but differ in their categories (H, E). According to the results of the questionnaire survey was designed their own recommendations that it could lead to improve teaching quality financial literacy at these secondary schools.
Caring for secondary school graduates from the labor office perspective in the selected region

The bachelor thesis called Caring for Secondary School Graduates from the Labour Office Perspective in the Selected Region deals with current issues in the long term. The theoretical part lists and explains terms related to the topic, terms in the area of employment in particular. It also presents the work of the Labour Office of the Czech Republic especially activities aimed at high school graduates and employment policy instruments that are used to help this group of job seekers to full-fledged entry into the labor market. The main objective of this work is based on the survey which analyzes the current graduates awareness of the activities of the Labour Office of the Czech Republic, their expectations with respect to the qualification demands of the labor market and related benefits. Job seekers attitude towards potential job search on the Internet was marginally adressed as well as the influence of social networks (Facebook, Twitter, etc.), and social capital, the importance of studying and experience for job search and labor market. Based on the analysis the thesis provides customized recommendations to improve this situation.
Selection and adaptation of employees in the chosen organization

Bachelor thesis: Selection and adaptation of employees in an organization, analyzes methods of selection and ways of adaptation of new employees at the Czech Post, s. e. The theoretical part defines terms of human resources management, the main emphasis was placed on characteristics of personal activities that implements human resources department, particularly on the selection and adaptation of new workers. On the beginning of the practical part was presented by the selected organization to which is the thesis focused Czech Post s. e. and described the activities and services which the organization provides. The main aim of this thesis was based on an analysis of selected HR activities to propose their own recommendations for possible improvements and streamlinings electing new employees and accelerate their successful adaptation in an organization. Methods which were used to achieve this objective was an individual interview with an expert from the Department of Management human resources, as well as interviews with the new staff in the adaptation process. Based on the evaluation's interviews offered its own recommendations to improve the process of adaptation.
