	Parents´ opinions on preschool children education in the context of the problems of educational styles TESÁRKOVÁ, Jana This thesis deals with the way of education of preschool children in the family in the context of the issue of educational styles. The theoretical part explains basic concepts of the topic and also characterizes the specifics of preschool developmental period, including needs of preschool children and gives a picture of the contemporary family. The next part focuses on psychological aspects of educational methods issues on educational styles and their influence on the personality development of the child. The main goal of the practical part, is to insight into the parent's attitude to education and compare these attitudes with opinions of classroom teachers in kindergarten on the example of seven children from different family environment. 	The impact of the fiscal federalism policy on a municipality economy in the Czech Republic Tesárková, Jana ; Petrášek, František (advisor) ; Vebrová, Ludmila (referee) This diploma thesis analyzes the impact of the fiscal federalism policy on a municipality economy in the Czech Republic. The theoretical basics consist of a historical analysis of municipalities' legal status and mode of financing. That is followed by defining of a fiscal federalism model and a fiscal decentralization model, and by taxation and income analyses. 	Municipal Budgets. A Case Study Tesárková, Jana ; Petrášek, František (advisor) ; Šveňková, Alena (referee) Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na způsob financování a hospodaření obcí. Zabývá se přerozdělováním finančních prostředků, které obce čerpají ze státního rozpočtu. Je postavena na historických základech, přičemž pozornost je věnována vývoji právního postavení obcí a změnám ve způsobu financování obcí. Uvedená problematika je představena na konkrétní obci Obory, kde je proveden rozbor rozpočtů v období let 1990-2007. Závěr práce je zaměřen na zhodnocení změn ve financování a na jejich důsledky.
