Comparative analysis of the communication strategies in chosen media of candidates for the presidential elections in 2023 in the second round

In this thesis, a comparative analysis of the communication strategies of the presidential candidates in the 2023 elections Ing. Andrej Babiš and arm. gen. v.v. Ing. Petr Pavel, M.A. is carried out. The work starts with a description of the election process. The AMI Digital Index 2022, which is a survey in the field of social networks, is presented. In the next chapter, the theoretical framework of the work is presented, starting with the characteristics of the examinated media. The following is a brief description of the course of presidential elections in the past. Then the process of data collection is described and the method of social network analysis is presented. The following are individual analyses of social networks. First, six analyses of Andrej Babiš's communication are presented, as well as Petr Pavel's. This is followed by a description of the most symbolic themes of the individual campaigns. The next part is devoted to the characteristics of the analysis of pre-election debates, and then the analyses themselves and their comparison are discussed. Exhaustion of rights in the copyright, especially in relation to the computer programs

The purpose of this thesis is to provide an overview of the development, concept and rules of the exhaustion doctrine on the international and EU level. The issue of the exhaustion doctrine and its application in a digital age became topical after the unexpected judgement of the CJEU in case UsedSoft v Oracle, in which was for the first time broken the conventional link between the exhaustion doctrine and the distribution of works in a tangible form. Although this decision has been widely criticized by legal experts, some thoughts of CJEU highlight imperfection of current legal regulation in a context of an internet age. The first chapter defines basic terms the intellectual property and the copyright including its historical evolution. The second chapter describes the origins of the exhaustion doctrine in the judicature of the national courts as a clue for balancing ownership and intellectual property rights. The extensive third chapter deals with formation of the exhaustion doctrine in judicature of the CJEU. Concrete cases are used to describe basic elements of the exhaustion doctrine.
